Had a reservation for a U-Haul Truck today 7/16:2023. Signed up for the Mobile App because we wanted to pickup the truck outside of business hours. The night before I noticed the mobile app didn't seem right so I called U-Haul customer service. They assured me it would be fine. Arrived this morning to pick up the truck and the app did not work. So very thankful that I had my reservation at Econo Mart Food and Beverage. They opened at 8:00 and saved me!!! I literally made it in time with 7 minutes to spare meeting the movers.
Not thrilled with U-Haul/ but this location fixed it!! I would definitely recommend!!

I do my laundry at the shop connected to this. Same owner. The owner is amazing, the older white gentleman working for him is rude. I came to pick up my laundry at 7:50pm (they close at 9) and he rushed me out, and didnt even turn the lights on for me so I got my laundry in the dark. 😑 I don't expect much customer service at a laundry mat, (in fact I expect none) but I at least expect you to have it open during the hours and to not do my laundry in the dark

I would never rent a uhual from this business again, I got charged for the persons miles before me, costing me an extra $100 on my uhual rental. When I asked for a refund I kept getting differed, and I wasn’t aloud to speak to the manager.
