Clean units with reasonable pricing. Convenient location with outstanding and courteous staff. Easy to navigate and secure a reservation via online. I found the storage unit space calculator pretty useful to help me estimate what spacing works best with the amount of stuff I had.

Absolutely aweful experience. Talked to a lady an hour ago who said they had a unit available for 35$. I asked what I had to do to reserve it, she told me to go online and there would be someone there until 5. I followed the instructions and their website would not load properly. Traveled to the site and the door was ajar, and the office was locked and dark. Finally got through after 6 calls (3 calls were redirectd to a plumping service). The new lady who answered Deborah (I think that was her name), cut me off several times and when I explained the situation she treated me like I was stupid. I pointed out that their sign said units available and I was given a quote for a unit, and she brushed me off and said their sign "always says that". Totally rude, unprofessional. On top of that they don't honor their word, and there were tools, paint, and toolbags all over the place which is a tripping Hazzard.

I share a unit with my buddy. A few days ago he asked me if I had taken stuff out, I said no, he claimed stuff was missing.
We checked and sure enough our unit was compromised.
Groundskeeper left a voicemail saying someone called back in September (4 months ago) claiming to be the owner of our unit and requested a replacement key. Which they obliged without ANY verification of identity! Not only did we get robbed, but they lied to the police about a key being given out when they just left us a voicemail the day prior telling us they did! We asked for camera footage and apparently they do not work!! Your stuff is not safe here
