I have known Thomas Nolen since 1998. He and I were part of United Country Real Estate for many years. We attended training events together and became good friends. Although we are no longer affiliated with United Country, both of us now own independent firms and we stay in touch regularly. We push each other and discuss ways to improve our businesses to serve our clients better. Thomas and his team are top notch. They are serious about serving their clients well. As first-time buyers, my husband and I contacted Nolen Real Estate after the realtor associated with our bank fell through. Drew called us within an hour of sending a message through the website, and the next day we were out looking at houses. He was able to steer us away from a house that wouldn't qualify for our loan, and gave us excellent advice on what to ask for as we put in an offer on a perfect house that very night. He kept us up-to-date on every change and was always willing to answer questions.

Due to a conflict, Thomas came with us for the final walkthrough the day before closing. A neighbor mentioned that previous owners had experienced septic issues, and Thomas took that information and made sure the sellers had the septic inspected before we closed, at no extra cost to us.

Family members have told horror stories about their homebuying struggles with other realtors, but we had none of those issues with Nolen. They made the entire process straightforward and easy to understand, and their experience made sure we got the best possible deal on our first home. We will absolutely recommend Nolen to everyone we know.
