Working with Jim from KK Homes was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. Right from the start, Jim was attentive, asked about our criteria within our budget, and was easy to contact to offer help, answer questions, or give advice. As an added challenge for Jim and the team, we were looking for our first home from across the country, so we really relied on him to be our feet on the ground. He did not disappoint! I wish I had another home to sell in the area so I could work with Kathleen and her team again. She helped sell my mom's home in four days! I've worked with several different agents buying and selling homes across Virginia and working with Kathleen has been the best experience of them all.
