Fantastic and friendly service! I called to order a bouquet for my wife for our anniversary and Santina’s was able to have a beautiful bouquet of red roses ready to go same day. I have also worked with them before to arrange multiple bouquets for work events and they always do a stunning job. Both times I spoke with Hannah who was a pleasure to work with! They worked with us to get exactly the flowers and looks that she wanted, and even came in on a day they were closed to make sure we were delivered fresh nice arrangements. First time in today for Anniversary and they made flowers to my wife better then I expected. Delivered them by 11am, 2 hours after I ordered. Impressive! The own even made it fun and had good laughs! The red rose was a nice unexpected touch from her, for me. Wife loved them (and all her co-workers)

I have never in my life had a better experience with a company. I accidentally placed the same order twice, and then noticed after that they closed before my delivery needed to be to the location of drop off. Ms Kim personally called me and told me it was no issue, they would get it to my person after hours, on time. I’m down in anchorage, so this was truly a blessing as it’s my persons birthday and I was struggling to find a way to send him something. 100% recommend Santina’s flowers and gifts

Delivery was on time and although they had to substitute some flowers they didn't have in stock (they called right away to ask), it was absolutely gorgeous. Couldn't be happier, great job.

Santina's did a wonderful job for my wife's birthday. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful (seriously the pic on the online store didn't do the justice) and they called me prior to attempting delivery to make sure she would be available to receive it. Everything was great!

We used to live in Oregon Santinas flower shop was always my go to place to order flowers for my loved ones here in Alaska. I highly recommend this flower shop. I work at Costco here in Fbks and enjoy Santinas daily flower deliveries to our store. The quality and price of their flowers is reasonable and affordable.

Purchased a bouquet and balloons over the phone from Idaho for a birthday delivery in Fairbanks. Service over the phone was great! I was able to ask questions about flower options/pricing options and then I was handed to another lady to take my order (no wait, just a quick swap to get my info). I was able to specify flower types and gave them a total price point. The bouquet and balloons were delivered the very next day and they were quite a bit larger than we'd expected! Mom loved it, the colors were lovely and even had cool twigs out the top! I'd recommend them and we'll be using them again for holidays/birthdays!
