This is by far the best place to get furniture. They care so much it is a blessing. Zane is a wonderful woman and incredibly nice. She helped us with our purchase and the delivery guys were amazing. Levi was so nice and accomadating. I will be buying future furniture and appliances from them no matter what.

Omg!!! I never really do this. But I have to give appreciation when do. Zane at the gillette store. I believe she runs it. She Is so amazing. When she calls us about r payments she is so nice. She goes above and beyond for my family n I when we come in. N she is so good a making my husband get more appliances for r home. He don't listen to me. But Zane has her way to get him to do it. We will now be getting a refrigerator with u guys!! Shout out to Zane n her team!! Thanks ladies

This place is garbage. They sold me a USED recliner. It broke 5 months in. Which is fine. But renting to own you should get a replacement while they fix the chair. The lady Zane was RUDE about the whole thing she even took my chair put hose clamps from your motor and brought it back under the pretense it was fixed. Go to rent a center they are way better to their customers

I regret spending my money here. The lady who runs it was rude because I expected the item I was buying to actually function. The owner should find someone who has at least a little drive to be good to customers. No customers = no business.

Go to rent a center they are so polite and if what they sell you breaks before it's paid off they make sure they take care of you

I have rented and completly bought out my contracts with them in the past. Went back for a washer/dryer set. First they scheduled for delivery on Monday.... Called them Monday they moved it to Thursday. Okay no big deal we would make due. Thursday rolls in around 130 give them a call "supposedly" out of my 4 references they were still waitong on 1 reference and my landlady to call back! Excuse me we OWN our home. Mind you they could of said something on Monday when I called and had Tuesday and Wednesday to call me and let me know so they could deliver my set. Told them to cancel contract. Who I would reccomend now is Rent A Center. In 15 minutes over the phone they updated our old information, took my payment for a set and let us pick up the set that day. Mind you Rent A Center has a 6 month same as cash! What really irks me about this is how many times I have rented AND BOUGHT OUT MY CONTRACTS and they treat you like your someone brand new in their establishment and or just didn't want to do their job!!

I took a day out of work cause they were goanna come fix my couches i called to see what time only to find out the lady never put me down on the schedule so I lost money I could of made. Never even apologized. And said they could come the next day like really miss another day of work. All of a sudden there all booked never coming here again just want to pay off what I owe and go somewhere else !!!
