Very friendly staff, great choices. Priced higher than the website because they are individually owned but they'll match the website. Will probably buy something else from here soon! Also! The guys that delivered this couch, I'm proud of them because it was a pain but they didn't give up.

The guys who moved our furniture in were WONDERFUL. One of them asked several questions to ensure the experience was pleasing and did not create any problems. It's like he thought of everything! E.g., in addition to asking if it was ok to leave shoes on, he asked if my cat would run away since the door had to be open. After I put my cat away, he asked if there were any other pets to be aware of to ensure they didn't run away either. The care that the movers showed was honestly almost inspiring and definitely moving, ha! :)

This is a great place to shop! Lots of choices for furniture and accent pieces as well! Financing was easy and absolutely no sales pressure. My sofa will be delivered in two weeks, and I’m super excited!

The staff was extremely friendly and greeted us immediately. We knew what we were looking for, but our associate Melinda, was very informative and knowledgeable and answered all our questions with ease. We had price shopped as well, and she was able to price match locally, which saved us almost $500! We highly recommend Ashley Furniture and will be shopping here in the future.

Melinda and staff at this store were great to work with. They weren't pushy when we were walking around in the store and they were very knowledgeable about their products. Melinda was even able to get us a good discount. Very easy to work with like I said. We bought the same day and got our couches within two weeks delivered right to our living room! We LOVE our couches!

We purchased a couch 2 years ago and there were major problems with the frame, cushions, and fabric. A few days ago I posted a negative rating based on these problems. The store responded immediately informing me that my couch was under warranty. The next day, two young men came by to confirm the problem and told me they would be replacing it. The new couch will be delivered this weekend. I can admit when I'm wrong. The stores ability to take care of problems of this nature are almost unbelievable. I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and speed. Thank you Ashley for caring about your customers satisfaction. Other businesses in town should look to you as an example.

I've bought almost all my furniture from Ashley and love every peice of it. Recently we bought a bedroom set, the sales woman, Melinda, was patient , friendly, had great insight on home decor brought up things and ideas I hadn't thought of. My husband and I went in last week and purchased a dining room table, we had Melinda again she walked us through the store showing us the tables, giving us ideas, showing us other options online, she wasn't pushy at all which I appreciate. We are waiting for delivery and set up for the table...can't wait!! Which reminds me the delivery guys that set up our bedroom set were really nice guys - friendly and professional- they did a great job and didn't leave a mess.

What a wonderful experience working with such a wonderful team to get fantastic products that we needed. Everyone was helpful and busy at the same time making sure no customer went without assistance. They worked with us on getting our mattress sooner and Debbie was so kind and offered any help or input on future things we may need around town as we just moved here. Thank you, we've been sleeping through the night and not waking up in pain since we got our beauty rest.

Megan was a delightful sales consultant that helped me through every piece I needed. She also helped me price match some items and exceeded my expectations. Although smaller the the rapid city store, had a great variety of what I was looking for. They also could get all the items faster and one was even in stock.

My experience at Ashley HomeStore in Gillette was nothing but wonderful. My furniture was delivered in about a week, and the delivery guys were quick and had no problems assembling the couch or recliner. Everyone in the store is friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable. I would highly recommend shopping here!

Originally when I visited Ashley Furniture, I talked with a very professional and helpful Associate. Her name is Melinda. We laughed and joked around. She guided me to a decision on which bed frame and mattress to chose for my needs. My bed will be delivered December 28 2018,so I haven't gotten to sleep in it yet. Can't wait! I have talked with all the other sales associates also. They are all professionals and nice people

I ordered a couch for my family room and when it was delivered (within 2 weeks) it wouldn't fit down the stairs! The delivery guys were great and really tried but it just wouldn't happen. I called my sales associate Melinda Bauman, nicest sales person I've ever dealt with, and asked if I could return the couch for another one and the answer was yes and they even came and picked it back up! Such amazing service, no pressure, and great quality furniture. I will shop at Ashley of Gillette again. Tina Hutt
