They have a good variety of shoes and some of their sale prices were what I would pay for shoes. Can't see the point in shoes over $50, regardless of what the shoe is. Friendly staff and she offered tips for what we were looking for, but they don't carry a good selection of men's hiking boots.

I love the work shoe selection and the prices are great!! However, the cashier wasn't the friendliest. It seemed like she didn't care and didn't want to be there. The attendant out on the floor was very friendly and helpful. I will continue to go there for selection and price.

Purchased a purse for my wife at shoe encore in Gillette Wy. After my wife carried it for less than a week the zipper split. We took it back to be replaced and they said they wouldn’t replace it. It is pretty sad when you don’t back your merchandise. The purse looks like it is brand new. I will not buy another pair of shoes from them. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

My dad and I went in there today looking for shoes and we were ready to check out and the lady looked at us up front ready to go and completely ignored us. They have great prices, but they need better service.

They do have good prices, but absolutely horrible service! They definitely do not like kids either. We were needing help and the sales associates completely ignored us.

Wednesday. 9:42am closed? Then change your sign! By the way, the other day I stopped in early in the day and got NO help either. Just close if you aren't here to help the public. Heading to spearfish.

We went into the store twice today and horrible service both times clerks were too busy doing nothing to help. I stood in line while one of them was playing on their phone.

Great PRICES and AWESOME shoes but the staff their are RUDE and was passive aggressive with us.
