Don's Supermarket

Pathfinder club director here scoping out the local groceries for our options during the 2024 International Pathfinder Camporee. This is a local type of store with seeming higher prices. They do have a vegetarian food selection. It is the furthest grocery from the CAM-PLEX site I visited, so could be a good backup for emergency grocery runs.

It is a good location, great spot to stop by if you are on this side of town. Not quite the best prices, but not bad either. We really like the Pop Art soda shop that opened onsite. Specifically has the best selection of flavored syrups for making like Italian creme sodas, which we like to do.

Very helpful and friendly people. Store is always clean and all the departments are well stocked. Meat department has the best meat in town. It still has the hometown vibe which to me is important. Keep it up gillette appreciates you.

Family owned. And the family is wonderful. Worked there 3 years and was always treated great by the owners. It's a great place to shop.

More expensive than chain Grocery stores, BUT, the cigarettes are the cheapest in town.

Love this place... perfect small town market with tons of locally made items and quirky things you can't find everyday elsewhere. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back the next time we are in town.. the prices are no different than the big chain stores but better to support local!!

Great home down grocery store! Always have friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of produce, products and anything food related, even great snacks! Kids love going there. There is a black chair by the front door, been there for years. My kids go and sit in it waiting for me to check out.

I looked all over for a certain cut of meat. Troy was great and cut what I needed fresh. I also enjoy that this is a locally owned, hometown store and when I shop here, my money stays here. Thank you Troy for your help with my large family meal. I also thank you for what you do with our community and how much you give!

The store is always well-maintained, the service is always friendly and fast, the store sells good product though the prices are quite high.

Really great local supermarket. Don’t spend your money at the big corporate chains. Come here and save a little money and help keep the local economy going. Kudos to Don’s for allowing people to choose whether they want to wear a mask. Thank you for supporting our freedom‘s.

I used to live close to this store so I shopped there a lot when I only needed a few things. They are a little bit spendy. There was an older lady that always checked me out (not sure if she’s still there) and she was always sooo friendly and helpful!
