Went in with a friend, and the customer service was amazing. Jacob and Aloe are wonderful associates. They helped a ton, and had a nice vibe.

Customer service on the phone and in person was on point. The young lady that helped me on the phone even came to greet me when I came into the store, though she didn't know what I looked like. She figured it out when I was looking at what I had asked for on the phone (Cowboys jersey). I am a CSM so I recognize great customer service. Great job Lids, I wish I remembered the name of young lady.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They do everything they can to make your experience the best possible. You can tell that the staff puts a lot of care into their store as we frequent this store, being a sports family, and there is constant merchandise changes that are eye catching. The staff is very knowledgeable about what they do and dont have in stock as well as making sure you fully understand the sales. What a great gem to now have as a part of our community.

Was looking to get a hat and this was up. You are in an outlet mall and you close your doors? Whoever the store manager is needs to be fired. Poor staffing on your part should not constitute a waste of time on mine.

It's wensday at 2:21 pm and the store is closed what kind of billshit is this website says there open... do everybody a favor and just close ur store down!!! Never coming here again

Stopped by this store twice in two days at different times during open store hours and it says the store is closed. Frustrating to say the least.

Me at the door didn’t even bother to say they’re closed or on lunch. It’s cool, enjoy that minimum wage job buddy. Cause I in for the long hall!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Due to the treatment by the store manager, I will not step foot in the store again until she is terminated.

It’s Saturday 12:27 pm they closed the Super Bowl tomorrow. It’s 6 ppl outside the door waiting. Don’t come here it’s a long drive

I came at 6:30 and it was closed. It said it was open until 7 PM ???? Is there something I don’t know? I just wanted to buy a nice hat for my husbands birthday.

Manager of the outlet store in Vacaville should be FIRED!! Tried to go twice this week both times sign on the door says be back in one hour both times I waited at least a hour and both times nobody shows up. So Lids is losing money having doors closed to customers but your paying someone that doesn’t work.. Ridiculous!! Don’t waste your time at this location Should get 0 stars
