Very helpful. I appreciate how courteous the guy at the front desk was. He took the time to help me find what I was looking for.

The staff is always willing to spend time comparing what you need to what they have got in stock. And they get most other parts in by the next morning at 10am. The prices are a little high when you dont have a big spender account but not so high that its crazy to stop by and get what you need if you need it right now.

Excellent service. I had some weird/difficult requests regarding my latest project (as I usually do when I visit such places) and they were very accommodating - took time to answer my questions and explain things to me.

Meeting all your supply needs.

Good for some items that are hard to find in your typical hardware store. Prices are on the high side but that is to be expected, on the plus side most items that are not in stock they can have the next day at no charge. There hours are a bit odd even in the construction industry closing at 4 is a bit early. Also as others mentioned its very obnoxious that they put you to a call center instead of letting you call the local store, which is why I gave them a 4 star versus a 5.

Great service, had what i needed. On the expensive side, but thats expected.
