THE BEST!!!
I really enjoyed this truck stop last weekend! Didn't need to search for food here because I cook in my truck! However, I did get a sweet treat from Wendy's area, which was clean! Pilot staff was professional and accodimatable! Showers are clean and water ran like it should have! The parking lot was trash free! I spotted staff power washing the parking lot about 3 am. I'm glad it doesn't stink like some of the truck stops! No homeless hanging around! No half- dressed females looking to get hired! No sagging pants or loud music! Seems like everybody was mining their own business, and so was I! I felt safe enough to get my mile walk in around this place! I really like this truck stop and will make a special effort to stay here when I'm in the area!

I want to think the young gentleman Palmer for helping me with my headset purchase he helped me pick the right one for me and knew what he was talking about. very thankful for him

I haven't been to this truck stop for a couple years, Great job done on the remodeling the place was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and professional.

Meets the standard expectations of a Pilot Travel Center. Store was clean, staff was attentive. Showers were clean. Love visiting Pilot.

Easy in and out ..but a bit off the freeway.. no speeding... Police are always looking to hand out a ticket

Honestly never thought i would go into a pilot until I meet Palmer one good worker they have awesome guy knows what he is talking about if I was the manger I would give him a raise he treats drivers with respect and honesty something you don’t see much these days!!!

Plenty of hot coffee, plenty of hot foods, and a good hot shower. Very clean with friendly staff

Service was 5 star. Even though they had no coffee and multiple fuel pumps out(mine included), all because of freezing temps… the employees maintained a positive attitude and did everything they could to help fix the situation. Jose, came out to fix the problem at the pump but wasn’t able to. Offered to switch transaction to another pump and get me taken care of. Had a great attitude. I appreciate the great customer service from everyone who helped me. Thanks!

Stopped at pilot just wana say thks mason . Great employee you went the extra mile and gave a professional service and attitude .also went in later that afternoon that shift mgr. Was getting a hard time by a driver and keep his cool great site too see. Great location

the manager is lee. i had a personal issue i needed adaddresed and he took the time to listen and help me. his level of humanity and compassion went above and beyond. pilot could use more like him. i really appreciate you brother and this store is where i will fuel from now on.keep up the good work as well as the obvious training you instill in your employees to have good respectful customer service. also quit crying drivers about how dirty the lot is. if people would use thr trash cans provided and stopp being lazy maybe the lot wouldnt be dirty. expecting someone to clean up after you shows your level of intellegence. grow up

Great showers! Also got my wheels polished by a local for 100 bucks!

The pilot is small and the only parking spots they have are reserved. The only free parking spots out there are for the shop and there are only a few. They have a few spots that have yellow dots but those are only free until 4 p.m. and then do you have to pay to park their. However, they make up for their small stature and lack of space bye they're completely awesome attitude. They have some of the best employees at that pilot that I've ever seen.

This place is a prime example of horrible conditions a driver must endure over the road.
Laundry machines broken.
No warm food available. One desk clerk and the most unexpected customer at Wendy's. Dont bother ordering they don't have potatoes and they don't know how to say anything like welcome to Wendy's, how can I help you but stare at the screen. Pathetic

All nice, decent, polite people here.
Shower was great! Easy to adjust pressure and temperature, without fade.
And there's a Wendy's.
Wish there was more room to park though.

Smaller Pilot but a great stop. One of the best Pilot/Flying J stops that I've seen. The staff is great, especially the girl with the curly green hair.....training a new employee(who is already way ahead of most veteran employees at other stops) and running not one register but two! You can tell they care and that is missing at most other stops.

Not much free parking but for the first time ever, EVER, I see the store manager outside checking the reserve spots every hour and placing and removing the portable reserved parking signs! That Never happens anywhere else!! Showers are clean and, like the rest of the facility, well kept and maintained! I wish the other Piolt/Flying J stops would take this place as an example!

Nice people. Sweet cashier girl, didn't catch her name, parking is Eh, ok if you get here early, and I do mean early. Got here at noon and it was almost full but I squeezed into a spot. Wendy's and cold beer. Works for me.

One of my favorite places to stop. The manager Bre is always polite and accommodating. I just wish the pop was better.

I work here & LOVE my job! If you EVER experience an issue, please bring it to our attention IMMEDIATELY so we can fix it then & there! We LOVE our guests & want you to have a FANTASTIC experience every time you visit us!
