Best Buy Warehouse

Nice folks. Be on time. This is why I do business at Best Buy, they have a truck driver's break room and on the table are mints and doggy treats for your furry beastie. Many warehouses don't have a bathroom, this one does. Do your best to be on time and they will accommodate you. Professional! Thank you.

So convenient for a store pick up. The staff had order together quickly. The pick up was easier than mail delivery. Would recommend!!

*Customer review* Everyone there was polite and respectful. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I read previously in a review that you should go through the truck entrance but that is no longer the case. Go to the normal parking area and you should see a pickup order sign. You will walk in and show them your ID and order number. Once that's done you will back up to the garage door right next door and they will load you order for you.

If you're able to, this is a great way to pick stuff up from Best Buy. It was quick and effortless. The works were very friendly.

*Not a Trucker, pick up experience* Ordered online Friday afternoon and picked up Saturday morning (had the option to pick up within an hour though). It took me longer to strap down my items than it did to wait for them to load. Best pick up experience I have ever had, hands down.

Very friendly person at the front desk. I was quickly assisted and they brought the item out to a loading door. Only one person brought out the item and it was pretty big, so thankfully it only took the two of us to load it.

Positive experience using will-call for pickup here. The building is easy to find, the entrance is clearly marked, and the parking lot well lit. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Of course, this is not a store, so don't come here expecting to shop, but it's a great location to pickup items that are not available in stores.

We bought a microwave and we pulled up gave them our receipt and ID backed up and within 10 minutes we were pulling out no problem. the product is in our trunk still because we haven't gotten all the way home so I can't review product yet.

This warehouse is the greatest thing that I never knew existed. Over the range convection microwaves were out of stock and backordered 2 months everywhere.... But they had it here. Backed up to the dock and they loaded it right in the back of the car.

Love having it close to home. Made buying and getting a washer quick and easy. Didn't have to go all the way to Macedonia or Cuyahoga Falls. The process is quick and easy to get your order also.

On time for delivery and was out in around 1h 30 minutes. No Overnight parking

For product pickup go to the guard house where the fence opens to check in with your verification code, then there is a ramp immediately to the right. Back up to the bay door and kind associates will load your new product into your vehicle for you.

Quick and easy.. Pay online and show them your order receipt and they load you up. Quicker than waiting for it to ship to a store.

It's great having a Best Buy warehouse in the area, many times the stores will not have an item in stock but the warehouse will have it available for pickup.
