Holiday Inn & Suites Toledo Southwest - Perrysburg, an IHG Hotel

The rooms was very clean. The beds was comfy. Hotel was very quiet 🤫. Front desk checked you in and out in a timely manner. Great location close to shopping and dining ,with on site dining at Ground Round. Pool was very clean. If in the area I would definitely stay again.

Perrysburg Chamber of Commerce buffet luncheon. Food was great. One of the best luncheons of its genre I have had over many years of buffet luncheons. Excellent prime rib and everything else.

Went to this location for weekend breakfast buffet. Just a month ago it was $11.99, they upgraded the esthetics of buffet; however if I had to point out a flaw, it’s the turkey sausage (tasteless). French toast sticks was upgraded to regular French toast ; I prefer sticks. No sugar free syrup. Eggs had three toppings, sour cream, cheese and salsa. Fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and various pastries. Not sure if coffee and juice were included. In this writers opinion. The increase from $11.99 to $14.99 was not reflected in the quality of the buffet. The service; however was really A+. Pictures below..

Great location, room was very nice (clean, set up was awesome), affordable and close to a lot of stores/restaurants. Overall, it's a cool area. I will visit again.

I stay at this hotel weekly for work. Staff is very nice and helpful! The location is great with Kroger across the street, plenty of restaurants and food nearby, also on a 5 minute drive to Planet Fitness or the YMCA.

Really great rooms, very clean, and great workmanship. Plenty of power outlets with USB charge ports, good quality TV. The wardrobe thingy for holding luggage and clothing is large and well designed. Nicely stocked market for snacks.

Had a night away with the wife! Room was clean and spacious. Had drinks in bar but was closing at 10pm on a Saturday. Service was polite 💚💯💯

We stayed here the night of 12/27/22 on our way home to Chicago from NJ. The rooms were large, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and efficient. The Ground Round restaurant right in the hotel was fine, and super convenient after a long day on the road. This was our first stay, and it will definitely be where we stay from now on in the Toledo area.

Room was clean and modern with plenty of space. Gym was great to have. Didn’t bother with breakfast since it was extra. The microwave did not work in our room and the black out blind let two substantial streams of light in which seemed like poor design. Otherwise check in was good, room was clean, bed was comfy.

We had a great experience with Patti during our 3 day stay. She fixed the breakfast coupon mistake the check in man forgot on our first day. The second night I asked the night desk woman for 2 more blankets and she acted like i was an inconvenience. Patti was fixing another guests issues this morning while we were eating breakfast since the lazy woman last night didn't want to work. Patti should be a manager if she isn't already. We loved her and she made our stay feel like home. Debbie our server treated my girls so sweet and we definitely appreciated the over and above from those who wanted to be at work!

This is a beautiful hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s right in the mist of grocery and eatery. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast was delicious and I was able to get my meal packed to go. The room was huge!! Perfect for a small family and very clean as well.

FINALLY a beautiful and *clean* hotel for us to stay at! We had a wonderful stay!!! We always go for the cheaper end mid-range hotels and end up disappointed every time. It's seriously worth the extra $20 to have a comfortable and accommodating place to stay. (Especially when you have kids/babies with). Also the beds are SO COMFY. This is probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at and I'll definitely be coming back!
Extra pros to mention - friendly staff, nice pool open until 11pm, nice gym, rooms & hallways smell good, breakfast looks delicious, snacks available, Keurig in the rooms, lots of storage, and super modern design in hotel/room, and the bathroom mirror is so good for selfies! Love it all!

Very good location right off highway. Plenty of stores and food options across street in walking distance. Staff was friendly. Room was great. Clean. Comfy bed.

We came here at 5AM after having a horrible experience at the Days Inn across the street, and Tamikco set us up with a room with no notice. She was incredibly accommodating and kind, and I am seriously indebted to her for helping us out. The room itself was really big and super clean, as well as very comfortable. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll be coming back here.

I stay here when I'm in town for training. I really like this Hotel and always enjoy my stay. The Staff is friendly and accommodating. It's great to get here after working all day, order something from the restaurant/bar and go right to your room and have dinner while watching TV.

Patti at front desk is the most accommodating and kind person. My wife and I were in an urgent situation requiring an early check in. Patti went out of her way to make sure we would be taken care of without any issues. Not to mention the rooms are very clean and the hotel is fairly trendy. I’m very happy we chose to stay here

My husband and I stayed here on 4/10/21.
The gentleman that check us in was very informative and helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean, we enjoyed our stay here.
Once we arrived back home, I notice I left my pillow at the hotel. I emailed them and Brenda the GM responded promptly and offered to mail my pillow back to me as long as I covered the shipping. I agreed and Brenda emailed me the receipt showing she mailed my pillow back to me the same day I emailed regarding that I had forgotten it. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. What excellent customer service!
