Michael's Catering, Cafe, & Bakery

I have been thinking of this bakery since I moved from Toledo. Now that I'm back, one of the first places I had to visit was Michael's, and it was just as delicious as I remembered 30 years ago. I can't get enough of their salads and breads 😋

The BEST KEY LIME PIE... EVER!! The employees are always friendly. I've never been disappointed with my food selection, whether it's soup and sandwich or something sweet. Highly recommend you stop by and give them a try you won't regret it.

Thank you from the Brown family. The funeral dinner on Saturday was delicious. Everything was perfect. We had many compliments on how good the food was. And your staff was exceptional!

The Family Meal was awesome! We had the Beef & Noodles, the beef was well seasoned and tender. The homemade noodles 😋 and delicious gravy & bread. We will order again

First of all, if you are wondering if you should hire Michael’s to cater your event, YES. Do it! We hired them based off recommendations from friends. The owners went above and way beyond for our wedding day and everyone raved about our food. They were personable, added some really nice touches to our event and had amazing communication. Their staff was very hardworking and I truly cannot say enough positive things about them.

We did a taste for my son's wedding reception. The food was delicious. Hailey the manager was wonderful.

Michael's Catering was incredible to work with for my wedding reception. Planning to feed 200+ guests came with many phone calls and long back-and-forth email chains; Hayley and Nikki did an amazing job being present to my questions, needs, and ultimately provided our guests with a selection of the most amazing food. So many of our guests commented that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We were given the flexibility to choose our menu: appetizers, buffet items, and desserts. Michael's is also incredible in that it is a one-stop shop: they supplied all of our table linens, plates, silverware, barware, serve-staff, and bartenders. Our event ran so smoothly because of them!! Their staff was professional and polite to all of our guests throughout the evening, ensuring that everyone had what they needed. I would highly, highly recommend their service and food to any couple for their wedding!!!

Catered our daughter's wedding reception and they were amazing. They were great to work with. They took care of everything and the food was absolutely delicious!! I actually had guests ask me how they kept the chicken so juicy! Service was impressively quick. They came recommended to us from our venue and am so glad we listened to them.

Waited many years to be able to eat here - the staff were all great, polite and patient even though they were incredibly busy. Thank goodness there was no overhead music that always makes chatting impossible. Lunch special was good, the Ruben sandwich looked yummy as well as the steak salad too.

We got married on October 30th and had them catered our wedding. We loved them everything was perfect. We heard nothing but compliments from our guests they loved the food. They were all so professional. We highly recommend them we had no complaints at all. Thank you Michael's!

This place is a great place to eat. The sandwiches are fantastic. The homemade bread is soooooooooo good.
The soup is the best that I had besides my homemade soup.

A good variety of lunch options. Good bakery.

This is one of my favorite places to go in Toledo. The food is always so great and fresh. The people that work there are always so kind and helpful. I have brought family and friends here as it is also a local favorite. Great for lunch, a sweet treat, and time spent with others.

Great lunch food and desserts. Quick in and out with amazing customer service and interactions. The servers went out of their way to help us out and give us all the information we asked for. Definitely a place to visit on the East side. While you're there, stop and check out all the local Toledo history on display.

These guys have great donuts and other desserts. They also have great salads. Great soups as well it's a cafeteria style line but always quick. They have an in Mall dining experience. There's no better place on the way so for these.

Excellent food and baked goods, and more importantly, excellent customer service! Highly recommend as they make everything right on site. Delicious!
