Great bunch of people. Have used them for all my motorcycle service and repair. Even purchased a stratoliner from them a few years ago. When I'm in the market for a motorcycle or atv I'll be visiting North Ridge.

Joe the salesman was awesome. Went above and beyond to take our payments for our new Kodiak 700. Highly recommended!

All I have to say is if you need any type of repairs on your motorcycle or toys this is the place to take it. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and time efficient. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain in detail exactly what repairs needed to be done and exactly how much it was going to cost. In fact, they were so honest and straightforward. They could’ve easily taken advantage of me, and did not!!! So thank you North Ridge Yamaha you will have a customer for life!!!!

Excellent place to buy a motorcycle and to have your service done.

Traveling through the area on a Lake Erie Circle Tour we realized we needed a new rear tire for our 2013 FJR 1300. Showed up at North Ridge Yamaha on a Saturday morning at 9am. They had the tire and had it changed by 10am. Putting us back on the road to finish our trip. The service was excellent, can’t say enough about how well we were treated. This place is top notch! Small place with true 'mom and pop' service. I came from out of state to buy my bike because so many people recommended them. They literally had the best deal and they know their stuff. I cannot say enough good about them. It's nice that there are still some small shops like this around where they know you by name and not just a number. Thank you North Ridge Yamaha, you have a customer for life!

Great prices, service and people! I live about 2 hours from them so I don't go there but I don't need to...call and tell them what you need and done. Best prices around and very helpful. I actually pass another Yamaha dealer on my way to work in Alliance and all I can get from them is "sorry, that's the MSRP". If you're going to charge me full price, at least do it with a smile.

Joe and the folks are great to work with! Work is done correctly the first time and any issues are all ways folowed up with prompt communication.

Took the bike to a small NRY yesterday after getting verbal recommend. When I find great service, friendliness and mechanic knowledge that I found yesterday its no problem for me to pass it on. North Ridge Yamaha has it all and the mechanic even let me stand in the shop doorway asking him questions (and eyeballing his work) while he worked on my bike. Try doing that at one of the big corporate owned shops !

So I'm from Wisconsin and was able to locate parts that north ridge yamaha had in stock. Gave them a call on Wednesday they next day aired the parts to me so I was able to ride over the weekend.thank yo

Yesterday we went to NRY to look at a YZF50 for my wine who is turning 4 next month. We met with Bill the owner and he showed us what we asked for, however took the time to explain to us why most people start their kids on a dirt bike with training wheels instead (safety and skill development). Bill and his team installed the trainers on the TTR50 that we bought and delivered it later yesterday to our home. Had some trouble keeping it running as the idle was set a little lean, when I called Bill he didn’t hesitate to jump in his truck and drive all the way back to my house when he knew that my sone would be devastated that his new dirt bike wouldn’t run and he couldn’t ride it. Bill and his wife came out and took care of the idle issue and our son was happy as could be! This is a true testament to customer service. Bill you have a life long client and I will send everyone I know to your store for their motocross/off-road needs!

Jed maybe you got a knock off Chinese part from Amazon. You should complain to Japan about the price of a gas cap. Not a local business. When your bike grenades brings it back it'll be running in tip top shape.

These guys bend over backwards to get customers machines back up and running with quick turnaround time. They've had total rebuild done on my race bikes in 4 days or less. Blow up on Sunday and I'm back practicing by the following Thursday and racing again the very next weekend.
