Stonewall Uniform

We got the slacks for the uniform in a timely manner however the shirts were an issue in getting. Some of the issues were not with them but who they work with in embroidery. It was finally resolved and they did make it right with us for the extreme delay which was very much appreciated.

It's truly unbelievable how bad our Stonewall Uniform experience was. On June 3, 2022 we paid for items which were promised for delivery prior to the start of the school year in August. (Items purchased before July 11, 2022 were promised delivery prior to the school year commencing, and items purchased after that date would be assessed a 10% shipping fee.)

In the Broadview Heights store that day, we were "helped" by a woman named Linda (not the owner, but another Linda) who was so extraordinarily incompetent I scarcely know where to begin. She didn't know how to measure my son. She didn't know where the right items were on her store's own order form. She didn't know how to mark up the form. She kept misplacing things, from her pen to her tape measure to items she picked up in the store. Fortunately, we happened to be in the store when a gentleman who said he worked at another uniform store was there, and he walked her step by step through the entire process of taking our order. Then he left the store, thinking our order would be properly handled from there on out. No such luck.

I paid by credit card, was charged, and Linda said we were all set.

Fast forward a month, to July 1st, and we were told by my son's school that Stonewall Uniforms didn't ever receive my order. Linda apparently had lost it. Fortunately, because I didn't trust what she was doing, I had photographed the order form and held onto my receipt. I forwarded all of that information onto my son's school, and they were able to again place my order directly with Stonewall Uniforms.

I should have been suspicious when August came and went and no uniforms were delivered. When September came and went, and the store insisted they were on the way but don't ask for a refund, I should have been even more suspicious.

But it wasn't until October 20th, when the principal of my son's school emailed all the parents who made the mistake of trusting Stonewall Uniforms, saying his school would never again use Stonewall and suggested those of us who paid by credit card seek to have the charges reversed, and shared the school lawyer was now getting involved.

Every time I called Stonewall Uniforms, I got the runaround. Refunds were refused. No accurate estimated date on uniform delivery was given. It is perhaps the single most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a company who apparently thinks that because items need to be custom made and their vendor is slow, that it's OK to miss deadlines not by days or weeks but literally by months and months. And in some cases, apparently, they seem to think it's OK for customers simply to never receive their correct merchandise at all.

Zero. Stars.

My CVCC class ordered uniforms through stonewall back in June/July. We just finally revived them in November. Stonewall made false promises by saying the uniforms would be in by the end of the week (this was said every week August-November…). When we finally revived the uniforms, not only were many of the sizes incorrect, but necessary patches were missing. On top of that, I personally still haven’t received my uniform. Tried calling Stonewall multiple times to only be led to a full voicemail box. Do not rely on Stonewall at all.

Ordered uniforms for a cvcc program in June of 2022. It's almost November 2022 and we are being told they will arrive "any day now". We have been told this for 2 months now. Child is still uniform less as is her entire class and stonewall won't offer refunds... avoid this store at all costs! We are out almost $400 for 6 months and still haven't received what we paid for.

We ordered uniforms back in May for my son as a group with his school. They just received them and his pants are too long . What’s the point of measuring these kids if you can’t get it right. Now on top on the 400.00 dollar uniform I have to pay more to get pants hemmed. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

Completely incompetent staff have no knowledge of their products or industry. Ordered a jacket that took over two months and still not completed because they didn't know what color to order. Never called me once even though the order form clearly reads BLACK. Canceled the order and found it cheaper in a week from a competitor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

This place is a joke two years in a row ordered uniforms for his class in august and still have nothing. Gave them another chance this year guess gotta go back again and get my money back and I am speaking for every student at Polaris guess they just like using the cash register to ring up and refund. Hope school finds another company to send there students to

Went there about a week ago and the store empty. They apparently closed up.
