I had the best experience this morning. I was looking for an associate in electronics. He was busy, but a gentleman stepped up and said I can help you show me what you’re looking for and I had a picture I showed him he said Lowe’s does not carry this particular adapter because it’s European but he let me know where I could find it and he helped me find the plug and he saved The day for me. Also, the store was cleaned organized stocked and very welcoming.

To the wonderful lady associate that helped my Mother on Monday 12/18/23. This lady helped my mom from being scammed out of her entire bank account. She knew this was a scam and took my mother to call her bank. I am very grateful to her. Mom was so upset she didn't get her name. Thank you, you are a blessing.

Steph and Dave helped me when I made a mistake and bought the wrong Kilz primer. Thank you for lending a helping hand…projects can be so overwhelming and knowing Lowe’s is on your side, and definitely this location, is huge. Big thank you. Highly recommended!

Staff helpful to me with directions (taking me to the item). They lifted heavy items onto my cart and into my vehicle. I bought a kitchen cart and a Self-propelled lawn mower and Battery powered screwdriver, a thermostat and kitchen trash can.
They carried items the nearby Wal-Mart should have had, but didn't.
Fly sticks that I wanted were front and center on the shelf! (not the fly ribbon Wal-Mart carried). Cabinet shelves to add more storage, Lowe's had but Wal-Mart didn't.
This Lowe's will have my repeat business.

We needed a new washing machine ,the sales person was very knowledgeable & helpful. He arranged a quick delivery, everything went as scheduled & our mashine was hooked up& running great.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I found what I was looking for very easily, and checked out without having to queue.

The only reason I gave 5 stars was because Matt and Nick were great helpers and took great care that I got what I needed. Great job guys 👍

Love Lowes. I have bought all my appliances, wood, and garden stuff there. The store is nice, clean, and organized. Yes, the employees are great.

There is a young lady with rainbow dreads at this location that is so incredibly helpful and friendly. She made a trip worth it. She gave my little one a lolipop! Her attitude is the one to strive for. She deserves a raise!!

Cody in flooring sales is the bomb! He clocked in from his break early to help me. I was there for probably an hour picking out carpet and vinyl and he was very sweet and kind. And he was very informative and professional and i will definitely do business with him any day! 😄🙂 Thank You!

That's what I call service!! I had found a door that was listed online as an unpainted new door with glass for $88 and some change. The kind gentleman who worked in the door department, helped me find the correct door (loaded it on a cart) and shims and I was on my way to the register in less than 10 minutes (the walk to and from was longer than the process). Lol the lady at the register couldn't believe the price, so she called the lady next to her, who said call the door department to confirm, in which he did. She asked him was there more? She mentioned to him about buying one on her break. I'm glad my purchase helped her also!!

Lowe's accept our returns. We sometimes over buy what we need and it's good when we return things we didn't need them. Thank you Lowe's.

Was looking for a pack or already grown sunflowers. It was so beautiful in the lawn and garden section. There was such variety in their flowers it was so hard to find the one I was making a final decision on. Highly recommend for all your home decor and garden needs.

I got to work with Cody, in the flooring department, today! He was so patient and helpful. I’m grateful to have people who still care about others and the service they provide!

We found what we were looking for at a reasonable price. It was a hose reel with aluminum pipes that will mount on the side of our deck. The wait in line was short and the cashier was very friendly. We will shop there again.
