July 5 around 8pm I got flat tire on my way home from work then I stopped by at Autozone Auto Parts, St. Clairsville to get a digital tire gauge to check how much air I have If I can make it home and Luckily George offered to helped me he put enough air on my tire just to make it home,. Finally got home safe! I'm really glad that you guys have a friendly and helpful staff like George that make every customer happy & satisfied on the service!

I visited this Autozone location again today 05/24/2024 and bought Duragold starter kit and Andrew assisted me and check my starter because my car having trouble start it takes me 20-30mins to start sometimes it start with no problem. Andrew is very nice and answered all the question I have and explained very well. For my experience on this store so far all the staff here is very nice and they are very helpful.
Still, Highly Recommend this Autozone Auto Parts St. Clairsville to my Family & Friends!

I love this Auto Zone, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful. They really care about their customers I absolutely love the way I always walk out smiling. Plus they don't ask for tips or donations like literally every other place throughout my day.

I have been using this AutoZone location for about 3 years, they have consistently displayed extreme professionalism and upheld the utmost in customer service. I was helped today by Tristan and he took the time to make sure what I purchased was the right part and that I had everything I needed to do the job. This was after he stepped out in the cold wind to run my engine diagnostic.

While we were doing my transaction another lady came in and asked where she could find something. A younger employee told her where she could find it and without missing a beat Amanda stepped in and let the employee know not only tell the customer where the product was but take her and show her. It was just an example of the reason why the store runs the way it does. Amanda did this very discretely without any embarrassment to the employee,it was just something I happened to notice.

I want to publicly thank Tristan at AutoZone in St Clairesville, OH. A couple weeks ago, my check engine light came on while I was traveling in that area on a long trip. Tristan wasn’t just professional and helpful, he was sincerely friendly and offered me good advice, helping to calm my anxiety. Thank you!!

We needed a wiring harness for my Pilot so we could pull the trailer with it, and they had what we needed, and he even went out and made sure we got the right one. Great customer service. Thank you!

Tristan at the St. Clairsville Auto Zone helped me with my check engine light with the fix finder .. He didn't hesitate when i asked for his help .. He gave a general direction to look into .and it was very helpful.. i think that it is great that auto zone offers this service and there workers/mechanics like Tristan are here to help us as customers free of charge . Came in with a knocking sound from my rear left, brakes, Josh let me borrow his personal jack to check and make sure I was safe to drive. Top notch customer service if I've ever seen it. Thank you Josh!!

Absolutely the best service I've ever had from any parts store I travel all over and got my mirror taken off and have to drive to Louisiana Josh, he helped so much ! Josh Jackson is a model employee take care of this guy corporate the manager was awesome as well thanks for ALL the help guys

When our car broke down near this store on our road trip, Adan was extremely helpful! He helped us troubleshoot the problem, gave guidance about fixing it, and was friendly the entire time. We got back on the road, and haven't had further problems! Highly recommended!

We were passing thru on vacation and had much dreaded breakdown of our Jeep
We had no tools with us and very limited funds. We purchased a coil pack hoping that would fix the Issue
Josh the employee did everything he could to help us with the tools we needed take the repair what he did not have in store he retrieved from is own personal vehicle. I will say that he went for above and beyond to do everything thing he could to help us in our situation. Amazing customer service we often shop at Auto Zone in our home town and have never been Given the customer service that Josh had provided for us. We were at least able to limp the jeep 145 miles back home and replace the fuel injector.
Even though we had to cancel the rest of our vacation Josh made a very bad situation a little more pleasant
I think many of your employees could learn alot from him.

My husband and I visit this store frequently. I was very impressed by a young man who waited on me. He's waited on me previously but this time I asked his name. He told me Tyler Flemming. He is always so mannerly, polite and helpful. He goes out of his way to be helpful and find what you need. He is indeed a credit to this store and to auto zone! I called the store manager Amanda and spoke to her about him. She was wonderful and she is also so polite and goes out of her way to help!! My experience at this place was phenomenal. The staff there are really helpful, and they go above and beyond to assist you. They replaced my brake lights and back blinker in the middle of January. The temperature was in the 30’s with heavy rain and they were happy to help. Highly recommend this store.

Always a good experience with the StC location. Always helpful and courteous. We own 7 cars ranging from an ‘86 to ‘14 and they always help us work thru our issue.

Jeff was exceptionally helpful, I had a flat tire, I was alone, far from home and tearful. Luckily I was in the right place! Jeff offered to help even in the cold, he was effecient and so kind. He had me back on the road in no time. I was so thankful for his knowledge and willingness to help! I made it safe to my destination that night, thanks to Jeff!
