Nick is a great guy to deal with. His banner "Take Care of your Shooters" says it all. I had an old Springfield Armory 1911 that has seen better days and he went above and beyond in repairing and tuning it to exceed my expectations.

Great experience. Took my Remington 700 Mountain Rifle to Nick after it refused to hold zero (following years of reliable groups). He quickly diagnosed the issue and educated me on the problem. I can not say enough good things about Mr. Wasley at Valor precision. His communication throughout the entire build process from receiving the firearm, to when he began performing each modification, was thoroughly communicated to me with accompanying pictures. His work is truly a sight to behold with his experience and attention to detail really coming through. If you’re looking for a smith I can not recommend Valor precision enough. Mr. Wasley is prompt, courteous, and very professional. I just received my first build with him but I’m already planning my second and most likely third build with him.

Had a 1911 built, best quality parts and hand fit everything. Gun works flawless and is accurate and the best part... it feels great in my hand. I learned a lot on his site because post pictures of builds with little bio’s. It’s fun to watch a build take shape and see the video of it in action when it’s ready! Great service and craftsmanship. 10/10 recommend and I enjoy my friends amazement after handling my gun and how it preforms.

Nick did a Gen 1 MeuSoc 1911 for me outstanding work, good communication and reasonable pricing I have been around this platform a long time and his work is up there with the guild guys. I had an opportunity to see examples of his rifle work and it is of the same class as the pistol he did for me

I only have good things to say about Nick and valor precision. He fixed my mk13 and transformed my 1911. He bedded my mk13, trued the action and bolt, fixed the crown, polished the bolt, fixed the headspace, tuned the trigger and re-coated the whole gun. Hes very good and meticulous about what he does. You can give him any gun from any company and he will nitpick it and fix it. So dont be upset if you give him a $2,000 gun and he tells you its all messed up. He did it to my mk13 that i paid over $6k for. It wasnt grouping good and I thought it was me. He showed me all the problems so I had him correct them. Now the rifle is grouping better than ever. He also completely transformed a 1911 for me. The 1911 came out amazing! Hes very straight forward about what he finds and how he can fix it. He'll give you up front and reasonable quotes. That being said his pricing is really good especially with the caliber of work. If you need a good, reliable, trustworthy gunsmith hes the guy. He was also a precision gun smith in the United States Marine Corps for over 10 years. So you'll definitely know that your baby will be in good hands.

Nick at Valor Precision built me a custom made hunting/competition rifle. The rifle shoots lights out!!! It shoots 3/8” groups at 100yds & stays Sub MOA out to long range. Best group far was 1.5” at 500 yds. It took 1st place in its debut match here in Minnesota.

The Quality & attention to detail was far beyond your typical box rifle. And the results speak for itself. Can’t thank him enough!

Very awesome. I got my Remington 700 done up by this guy and it’s sweet. That action is very smooth the trigger is nice the feed ramp is polished to a mirror sheen. Basically I couldn’t be more satisfied. Haven’t shot it yet but I’m expecting it to be excellent like the rest of the gun.

Sent a older Remington Defense barreled action and a stock to get bedded and modified for the new bottom metal, communication was amazing with pics along the way, very fair pricing and relatively quick turnaround for what I have seen in the past, would definitely send more work his way
