Brenz Pizza Co. Dublin

This was my first time trying Brenz, I was more impressed by the service it self, I walked in to see if the sold by the slice because I wanted to try it but definitely did not want a whole pizza. The employee at the counter told me they did not, but they did offer a personal size, so I opted for that. I decided to get the BBQ Chicken version of that. I waited about 7bto 10 min, and he brought it right over to me he even asked if I needed a plate and napkins, and I did. It was really good the best way to describe the crust is a cross between hand tossed and thin crust. It's definitely not thick at all, which is more what I like, but it's also not paper thin like Donatos or Imos where I'm from, haha. So it's kinda right between it was good. The topping kind of piles up due to that. I didn't get a chance to ask, but the BBQ sauce seems unique. I do not know if that's their own or if it's something they buy, but it's yummy!!! So my first experience was great. I would definitely recommend it for my personal size it was $10. Delicious pizza for all at brenz everytime! They make their pizza ranging from Personal size 8" to 16" pizza in a variety of delicious bases and the crust choices are regular, gluten-free, or diary free. You can have your pizza the way you like it. Get a little cheese, lots of cheese, or no cheese. Oh my and for dessert, try a yummy chocolate chip cookie. I like mine warmed just until the chocolate starts to melt. It is soooo... good.

Excellent pizza and salads. The crust was chewy and mildly sweet, and the toppings were fresh and tasty.

The salad was fresh, and had very high quality toppings. They told me that the dressings were house-made, and they too were very good.

However, I did ask for extra sauce, and it had hardly any sauce, which made me wonder if I hadn’t asked for extra, if my pizza would have had any sauce at all ???

I will order from here again, and may upgrade my rating if the next one actually has a reasonable amount of sauce on it.

Pretty good pizza. I ordered ahead of time for pickup at 6 on a Friday and the order was clearly made well before my scheduled pickup time. I acknowledge I’m a snob for fresh pizza which is part of why I don’t ever use delivery. Skip the breadsticks- it’s just a pizza dough without anything on it. Pizza is hand tossed, sweet sauce and light on pepperoni which is a plus in my book. So much great pizza around Dublin and glad I tried this. Will order again when I am in the mood for a thicker crust.

We've had Brenz several times from different locations and are never disappointed! One of the best pizza places in Columbus. The crust is so flavorful, and I love that they have a wide variety of unique specialty pizzas! The Heater is a family favorite. We tried their cookies for the first time, and they were fabulous! They're soft-baked, which I prefer.

There's not much seating at this location - just counters and two small tables - so keep that in mind if you plan to eat in.

The service was fantastic! The staff is super friendly, and our food came out very quickly, especially considering we hadn't ordered ahead.

The Heritage Honey+ pizza is quite possibly the best pizza this side of the pearly gates. Blown away by the flavor and taste of this pizza. The crust is cooked perfectly. The cup and char pepperoni are exactly that; the char provides that needed smoky flavor. The ricotta provides a creaminess to it and balances out the spicy honey. The basil hits at the end when your tongue is trying to distinguish the flavors and send them to your brain. The garlic hits just before that for a perfect balance. Truly an award winning creation, my hat's off to Brenz and the creative minds behind this pizza. A must try!

I cannot say enough good things about Brenz Pizza in Dublin. They are always so kind, generous, and fast! They love supporting the nurses at Dublin. We literally order every week because we love the customer service! Adam in particular is so thoughtful. We love you guys!

Ordered the pizza with spicy honey drizzle on top. Absolute wonderful.
Now I want to try the whole menu.

I come to this location often, the people are so incredibly friendly. Every time, the pizza is always the best, and recently I stopped to get some pizza for a work party, and they let us take a mistake pizza home, which really made the day for some of my back of the house workers. This is the best location to order from, the guys at the register are so nice!

I wanted to share my experience I had tonight. We absolutely love this pizza! With that being said, we ordered tonight and there was a slight mistake and the pizza ended up being burned (first time we've ever had an issue).. I called and spoke with the manager- I wish I would have gotten his name- He was so apologetic and had another pizza at our door within 30 minutes of the call. He offered to refund my money and hand deliver another pizza to us! WOW! In a world where customer service is hard to come by.. it was so refreshing to hear someone take pride in their job! Whoever you are- we appreciate you and loved our pizza tonight!! You have a customer for life!!

Excellent pizza in Dublin. I don’t see any better pizza than Brenz

Pizza is top notch. Ingredients are fresh and never sparing. Some of my favorite pizza in the city! Ask for the featured pizza or special. They also put together something stellar! The presentation is just as good as it tastes!

I’m going to be completely honest: I was not going to leave more than a 2 star review after we ordered last week. They were having a community night and offering a fantastic discount to our apartment complex residents so my husband and I decided we’d use that to try them out and bring pizza to our small group. Because it was an incredible discount and our complex is decent in size I decided to order an hour and a half before I needed to pick it up. My orders were placed by 4 pm for pick up at 5:30. We got to the restaurant at 5:27 to make sure our food wouldn’t get cold waiting for us, but I quickly became frustrated when the man at the counter said it would be a few minutes because it was just about to be put in the oven. It was three minutes until I was suppose to have my food ready to be picked up. What was quoted to be “only a few more minutes” ended up being about twenty minutes after my pick up time. I was, I hope understandably, frustrated and told my husband I didn’t care how good the pizza tasted. I never wanted to go back there again. I quickly changed my mind after trying the food and excepting that I was probably fresh air out of a lot of hanger. Was it annoyed that I had to wait 20 minutes after I proactively anticipated there being an influx of orders and ordering way early? Yes. But if I’m being completely honest with myself, Staff was genuinely friendly the entire time, despite my visible frustration, and the fact that they were willing to even provide the discount for our apartment complex was extremely cool. I hope that I don’t have the same experience with the wait time in the future, But my husband and I will definitely be ordering again because it genuinely was super delicious and despite the way time the customer service was great.

The cheese and toppings might be the best I have ever tasted. The customer service is not nearly as good but I spoke with their corporate office and they are woking on that aspect. Once they get that fixed other pizza places might as well close because they will be unstoppable.

Our favorite pizza place by far in the Columbus area. I dream about their BBQ Pizza and my kids insist on getting their Cinnabrenz every time. We do order extra sauce every time because we're a sauce loving family and feel like it needs more. This pizza is our go-to when we have guests in town and everyone always loves it.

Dinner rush on a Friday evening and the pizza was on time.
Placed a web order, all was correct, hot, and ready at the time they said it would be.
Food taste was above average for pizza and wings. Pizza thickness and texture was excellent and not overly cheesy or sauced. Sauce was a bit sweeter than a standard sauce. Wings had ACTUAL seasoning on them, not a sauce, which was a pleasant and delicious surprise. Ranch sauce is a standard sauce.
Breadsticks were a bit lacking, will not be getting those again.

I just picked up The Heater. Have to say I am impressed this is the best pizza I have found since moving to Columbus.

I am very surprised that someone gave less than a five star because this place is OUTSTANDING in my opinion!! The staff is always very pleasant, friendly, and helpful and the food is SCRUMPTIOUS! One member of my family has to have the yummy cinnamon things at least twice a week or he gets very grumpy!! (He's a natural red head--haha) The cinnamon things are very very very yummy - and the pizza is also. They have a nice variety of pizza choices and the dough always tastes very fresh. Again the staff is awesome...they even know me by name! Yes I love pizza!! I am in there often. Place always look clean and inviting. Great customer service--thanks so much to James (he always makes my order PERFECTLY the exact way I like it :) ) and the other guys and gals at Brenz Dublin. :) You all are awesome😁
