DICK'S Sporting Goods

We recently went to this location and was able to find all of our Christmas list items. But I want to specifically thank the young lady at the cash register who checked us out. Her name was Elexa (not sure if I spelled that correctly, but there was an emphasis on E). She was extremely helpful, very upbeat and positive. She was able to help me navigate the different coupons and offers I had available. Her customer service was exceptional, and a main reason why I would return to that store. It was so refreshing to receive such great customer service. Thank you! 🤗

Today we stopped by this store looking for shoes for our kids, and the customer service is exceptional (his name is Jordan). He made great recommendations, along with being patience with our kids (tried on many shoes), and the friendly smile are all outstanding! Thank you so much.

Had exactly what we needed. I wish they had more snow suits by November but I swear I'm always a day late 😂 Overall they usually have something close to what I need and staff is friendly. Would like more sled selections!

Had a great experience there. They let my try out a stationary bike stand by getting a new bike out of the rack & mounting it on the bike stand & riding it to check it out. I thought that was great of them to let me try it out. They could of easily said no we can't do that. The young lady helping me had to call over a manager to get the ok. That made the difference for me to buy the product.

Had a great experience buying a new putter from Laurie. She went above and beyond in helping select a putter and in fitting it to my preferences. Highly recommend talking to her if you're in the market for any new clubs!

Good selection of work boots, but could use some wider shoes in the 3e and 4e range. All they had in-store were wide and regular. Had one pair 4e online only. Buying shows online before you try them on is not practical as the fit might not be goodcausing a return. STAFF were very helpful and friendly. The store was clean and will organized. Great store in general.

I been to this store a couple of times. I like that they make it easy to accept returns or make exchanges quickly and are happy to accept any store coupons. Wait times is very short so I am able to walk in and out quickly. (Brian is always helpful- thanks)

Overpriced but its a good place to try things on or out before you buy them online for a fraction of the cost. Their weights are way over-priced. Their shoe selection is quite shallow and pedantic and they don't sell any scary tactical rifles anymore.

Sales person was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, didn't have the right size in the shoe we were looking for. Oh well, internet search time.

Was a nice experience found what I was looking for with the help of an associate needed a mask for my great granddaughters batting helmet got the last one an he even attached it for me great job she loves it

Had just what I needed. Checkout was really busy, could use additional help checking out. Overall, I be back for my Sports and Outdoor needs.

The place is great, kept pretty clean, nice staff that are always happy to assist you. I asked to find a changing room and a staff member took me to one and even cleaned it out before I went inside.

This location of Dick’s is always great to
deal with. Every employee is super helpful and always a clean and organized shopping experience.

Stoped by to ask some questions and got a real positive experience from the staff. The older gentlemen Mike in the golf section was extremely knowlegeble and helpful. Thank you!

I've always enjoyed going to Dick's. When my son was younger, it's where I bought his .22, which he loved.
