If I could rate the good service I received with more than 5 stars, I would. Teisha did everything she could and more to help me solve a connection issue. Teisha, thank you for your pleasant personality and quality of service.

Elizabeth was so very helpful to me and she calmed me down from the stress that devices cause me. I wish I would’ve gone to this location from the beginning. She will do right by you! Stay strong Elizabeth!

Attempted to use a cheaper carrier and screwed up my phone i n the process. I went into this store and Elizabeth helped me get everything cleared up. She was very patient and kind.

If i could give 10 stars- i would. Jesi is the most experienced, helpful & professional employee I've ever met! I am so glad that I decided to try out this Verizon location. There were some issues transferring my calendar from my old phone to my new phone. Jesi took the time to figure it all out for me. I am a VERY happy customer. I couldn't thank him enough!!

Store Manager Sabrina is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She assisted me with the purchase and activation of a cell phone and smart watch. While giving me her primary attention, she still managed to welcome and triage walk-in customers so they would receive prompt assistance. I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and was confident in her obvious expertise with the products she sold me. This was the best experience I ever had at a Verizon store, company or third-party. Thank you, Sabrina.

Went to the store just for a case and a screen protector for a brand new phone that I hadn’t activated. Omar was killing two birds with one stone by helping another lady who was on hold while simultaneously helping me between his call and holds. He finished up with the other customer and helped me find the right case for me. Not only that he helped me do a factory reset of my previous phone as a bonus. Easy to work with. I’ll go back to this location over others I have been to.

I came to upgrade my phone and Omar was absolutely amazing !!!!! We even had lunch while we waited for phone to transfer !!! Amazing story teller !!!! He did a great job ! Thank you Omar ! See you again for lunch sometime !

I dealt with Omar when I came to the store. He was very engaging and easy to work with. He was not pushy and happily answered all if my questions and concerns about the next phone I plan to get. Even after finding out that I wasn’t ready to get the phone just yet (I just wanted to talk to someone about the phones), he still took the time to explain options to prepare me for when I am ready for the new phone. I appreciated that. I will definitely be coming back to work with Omar when it’s time to get my new phone.

I’ve had a great experience with Omar and all the employees at this location. I have visited many times to research my recent purchases, always met with amazing people ready to help. Omar went above and beyond to explain how everything would layout and saved me a ton of money with my five new devices and the four devices I already had. Thanks guys!!

My husband went back to this Verizon location tonight because he needed help transferring data to his new phone and with a few other things - updates etc. Brian was equally as awesome! Both Omar and Brain went over and above with their caring, guidance, and professionalism. What a wonderful experience!

Omar and Alex were very patient with our many questions and concerns. Both are very knowledgable and eager to explain the features of our new phones. They helped with setting up the new phones making the transition to the new phones very easy for us and ready to use as soon as we left the store. They definitely made us feel comfortable returning with any questions. Two great guys representing your store.

I was having issues with my Verizon prepay sim card in a new phone. I came to this Verizon for help. Omar went above and beyond to help me straighten out the problem. He is patient and friendly and so knowledgeable! I can't thank him enough and I highly recommend this Verizon store. Thank you Omar!!

I recently had stopped in this store indecisive about my decisions for a phone that worked for my needs but also didn’t break the bank.. trust me when I say this took way longer than it needed to because of my own indecisiveness but Omar and Alex were so patient with me literally answered all my questions honestly. Omar definitely wasn’t just trying to sell me a phone he literally listened to all my concerns and calculated down to the cent what and how I could save. I’ve never had this kind of experience in a VERIZON store .. I mostly feel rushed to make a descion and go ! I literally left this store like i just left a hangout with my friends.. that’s how great of a buying experience these guys gave me. You should definitely stop in to see them if you’re looking for respectful and professional experience without the salesman pressure!!

Matt was great! I walked in with a major problem and he said as able to solve it while minimizing my expense. He and Chris also helped me move to a new plan that saved me money since my circumstances had changed. Very knowledgeable, professional, customer centered, and patient.!I highly recommend this location.

Great store with a great customer service. I came in with several issues and quite irritated at the time with my phone and talked to Omar. He politely walked me through everything I had and issue with in my old phone and then suggested a new phone that would better fit my needs. I love my new phone and will definitely be coming back for any other phone related needs. A+ service!!!

Great experience at the New Albany location.
I have visited the location multiple times and all the employees I interacted with, Casey, Omar, and Harry, were very knowledgeable and helpful. Omar and Harry went above and beyond to answer questions and get me the products I wanted. If you haven't visited this location yet, I would highly recommend visiting the New Albany location and know where I will continue to take my business.
