Ended up being a simple return. My package did not come with a packaging slip so I was concerned did my package really come from Nordstrom. Thankfully my order#'s matched.

Customer service is exceptional. Wanted to buy a gift in cosmetics. Allyson G went above and beyond to find the right cologne!

Luxurious and neat place to buy branded clothes. Don't expect to find discounted items. Very fashionable and up to date with new models.

My restaurant experience: The two times my husband and I have come to eat at Nordstrom we loved it the very first time we tried it. Food is FRESH, the servers are very nice, and everything is neat and clean. We’ve been served both times by Tammy, she’s AMAZING! She refilled our drinks and she didn’t mind my husband and I’s indecisiveness. She’s very polite and gives great service. Can’t wait to be served by you again!

Never had a better experience shopping… Carla was so helpful upstairs, while Suzie and Moussa were BEYOND kind, efficient and amazing on the first floor… I was shopping for a friend going through a very difficult time and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service while my mind was elsewhere. This is my official petition for all of them to receive a raise <3 Thank you, ladies!!

I’m a pretty new shopper to Nordstrom and had an amazing experience at the beauty counter with Marietta today! She was very helpful in finding what I was looking for and she also gave me a ton of samples! I felt so pampered! Thank you again Marietta!

I had a great shopping experience. Jack was a customer service associate and I absolutely enjoyed having him assist me. He was energetic, knowledgeable and offered suggestions I wouldn't have considered.

We had a beautiful and very peaceful early pre-Valentine dinner at the Bistro. It is a very nice place to relax with a wonderful meal and a glass of wine. The Nicoise salad with Wild Salmon and the Crab Bisque were excellent as always! The Bistro is certainly a hidden gem!!

Love Nordstrom I can always find something I like

Nordstrom has always been known for its exemplary customer service and today was no exception. I’m not really sure how long they’ve offered this option, but I tried their curbside return for the first time and I was extremely impressed! I started the process online, let them know I had arrived and within minutes, an associate came out to collect my package! Shortly thereafter, I received a confirmation email and without ever setting foot in the store, I was done!! This is such a convenient option for many reasons and in this current climate of COVID and monkeypox, it is a much safer option. Thank you for reading the room and setting a very high bar as only Nordstrom can do!!

Great prices and customer service

Great staff with the exception of this one worker. Everyone else is kind and attentive. Prices are great too. But selections have fallen, everything is beginning to look the same. But I still shop often!

I cam here to be fitted for a bra after hearing they do the best job. The girl who fit me was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable with my shirt off, and helped me find a bra that fit PERFECTLY, and was within my price range, and it took about 10 minutes. I've never had a bra that fits properly before, and I hate buying them online because you never get the sizes correct. It was an amazing experience and I will only shop here for bras.

The staff here can be a mix of great and average, but never awful. I know a few staff now that are very helpful and help me find anything I need. They're very good at putting together outfits and recommending some. The restaurant upstairs is never busy, which can be a godsend when its about dinner time and all the other restaurants have a long wait. Construction is going on at the moment (December 2019) so park on the west side.

A wonderful upper end department store with a diverse product base, and helpful, friendly staff. So glad they are here and open. Comfortable shopping experience. Was a little busy on a Sat afternoon, but not too. Will always come back.

I swung by here this morning. Thank you Ally for being amazing! My aunts wedding is coming up and after I grabbed a dress she helped me pick out a strapless bra (plus a few others) then led me down stairs to help me pick out some killer shoes. Thank you for your fun and knowledgeable input! The workers there made shopping an enjoyable experience!

I went in to get makeup and they were out of the color I wanted. So I tried another brand, they were out of that also. I told the clerk I was completely out. She suggested I walk down the way and get what I wanted at Macy's but because I was in no position to do any walking. I told her to ship it because she said it should be no more than 3 or 4 days at the most its been a week and a day and no makeup. Whenever I put my tracking no in, it said the estimated delivery date is Monday. It will have been 2 weeks. I'm glad God gave me decent skin because I've been going bare..That was not good customer service..The clerk should have called it in to Macy's and I could have pulled up and picked it up as a curb side order. Not tell me to walk over...she must would have missed the commission..I don't get it.

Saba was the most impressive person I have ever met dealing with fragrances. She over extended herself and made me feel so comfortable. I will be back just to buy something from Saba.
