This place is so futuristic. The shopping experience is completely different.

I've always wanted to try to buy clothes online, but was scared they wouldn't fit, and I also didn't have prime. This store allowed me to try on a bunch of different brands in so many sizes. I went into a fitting room and I got to see even more clothes that weren't on the floor. I even bought a new bag here. The computers had decent suggestions and matched outfits that actually looked good. There were great prices on items and discounts of up to 50% off. When I went in, I easily got a refund. Overall great customer service and a nice place to buy clothes.

I wanted a certain size pants from the back and it took a little bit of time to get it. They gave me a 20% off coupon because of the wait.

My suggestions are: try to get a lot of clothes into a fitting room at the beginning because it can take some time to get more clothes into the fitting room. Also, have an Amazon account and an Amazon app so you can easily use the mobile features and shop alone.

For sure stop by this store and try it out; I have never shopped for clothes like this before. It is super fun.

Absolutely loved shopping here! I found some great items - nice to not be carrying around multiple items before heading to a dressing room. Once in the room, I was able to add additional items and sizes that arrived quickly. I was able to thumbs up or down items and the room personalized additional potential picks. Staff was friendly and eager to help. The app could use some work in my opinion, hard to find what items you’ve put in your fitting room already. Can’t wait to go back!!

My first time here. Will definitely be back! It was a wonderful experience. You just scan your items and they get a dressing room ready for you. You unlock the door using the app. From there is you need a different size you just ordered it on the screen in your room. They put it in the closet inside your dressing room. The lady explained to me if the red light is on in the closet they are putting your new items of clothes in and its safe it open once the inside turns white. It was really easy to check out. At the register, you can either use your Amazon app to pay or you can use the register. My only complaint is I felt some of the sizes were limited in the store. Being 5'1 I need short pants and unfortunately they didn't off any in the store but I'm hopefully they add more sizes in the future. Overall I can't wait to do more shopping here in the future.

As a millennial I think this store is perfect. I didn’t have to wait since it has been open for some time and no longer busy busy like others mentioned before. You scan and add things to your app and it automatically goes into the fitting room! I personally love it and like that you can touch the fabrics and see how it feels before ordering and having to return half the Amazon clothing.

Really cool shopping experience. Scan and look around. Your size in that item, and some items you may like too will be waiting in a fitting room to try on. Or just grab and go. Very cool!

Had a fantastic encounter at this store. I needed a new outfit for a special occasion and Isaiah, Ezeriah, and Jasmine came to the rescue with their creative ideas. They asked the right questions to get the information they needed to give me several options.

The clothes were sent to the dressing room and were waiting for me when I got there. They even stayed with me to give me feedback and ordered more clothing for me to try on until we found the perfect match.

I also think it’s great that there is a secure two way closet where someone is receiving the orders and then placing them in closet for me to get and try on in real time.

Everyone was wonderful and I ended up leaving with the perfect outfit!

This is the future of shopping and I love it!!! Wish more stores would adopt this style. It was a 5 star experience from start to finish. It was only Pros for me and my husband:
-no looking for your size, simple scan and select your size to try on
-no trying to find an attendant or leaving your room to search the store for another size to try in for the same item
-no carrying a ton of clothes while trying to look for more
-and so much more

Here's how it works: start by opening the Amazon app on your phone and make sure that you're logged in as you (not another family member for example). As you walk through the store, you browse the "looks" and racks. When you see an item you like, you scan the QR code using the "amazon style" feature built into the app, select the size you want, and "send" it to your fitting room. A message will appear that your room is being prepared. Continue to shop and scan. A message appears when your room number and when it's ready, but you can continue to shop and scan. When you are ready to try on, in the app, tap "unlock my room" and the door unlocks and you enter. In the room, there are wooden shelves and a rack with all your clothes on it. Next to it is a closet with a door. On the opposite wall is a fully lit long mirror and a large TV screen with your name and selections on it. You'll also see some extra items that "amazon recommends" for you. As you try on clothes, you can thumbs up/thumbs down the item and see other "similar" items to try on and send to your room. Alternatively, use the screen to select a different size of the same item. The door on the closet in your room will light up to indicate your items are being added. When the light goes off, you may open the door and grab your other items to try. When fully done, only take what you want to purchase and select "I'm done" on the screen. There is also a coupon to scan for 20% off one item--no worries if you forget, they have it at checkout. Near the register are all kinds of other grab and go items like toiletries, small electronics, office products, etc. At checkout, they will ask if you want to use the card on your Amazon account or a different card. Also, I had a credit on my Amazon account, was asked if I wanted to it, and it was applied to my total. The 20% off coupon was also applied to the highest priced item. My items were bagged up and I was ready to go. The receipt was emailed to me. Going into it, we were concerned that it would only be Amazon brand clothes, but there were many high end luxury designer brands too. Overall, my husband loved this experience too and it's the way he wants to shop going forward. I would love to see more stores adopt this style. It was the BEST EXPERIENCE and the future of shopping.

First time visiting an Amazon Style store. Loved the selection and prices. Staff were the highlight, they were all so attentive and answered all my questions. I loved the entire concept, the Amazon app glitched at times, but the employees helped sort it out. Loved how clothes can just be brought to my fitting room by the touch of a button. I was a little bit confused on how to order a different size of the same item, the menu inside the fitting room was a little bit confusing, only complaint. Otherwise will continue shopping here whenever I am in the area. Wish we had one in Toronto as well, I think it would be a big hit!

I'm beginning to appreciate this store. I have been twice. Each visit, the staff has demonstrated the capabilities and benefits to this Amazon brick -n -mortar .
The concept is simple. Find an item of interest. Scan the QR and make a selection of size and color. You will receive confirmation when your clothes are ready in a designated fitting room. In addition to the items you selected, Amazon will have comparable suggestions in the fitting room to try . Once you're done, a computer inside the fitting room is able to suggest additional clothing. If you choose, those items will be brought to your room .
This is a new shopping experience. If you are like me and would like to try my clothes before I purchase them, this is for you .
But, it is more than just trying on clothes. It gives the consumer more choices to make a better clothes selection.
Most stores have a floor selection with a huge size and limited color; all on one rack or display. Amazon has a huge inventory online, and that broad selection is available to view and try on.
There are only 2 of these Amazon stores in the USA. Columbus and L.A.
You need to try this out. I'm sure you will be impressed.

My experience here was excellent! All of the staff were very helpful and made sure my experience was good. The concept is SO cool, scanning the QR code to add an item to your fitting room, and then being able to request new items via a monitor in the fitting room. I will definitely be back.

lnteresting concept and a unique shopping experience.We went to Easton for a few specific things and just stopped in to check it out. We were greeted by someone working the floor who was very energetic and happy to explain the process. We didn't purchase anything and didn't even try anything on. The pieces seemed a bit random, so I'm not sure we would shop there, but I can't help but wonder if other stores will go to this process in the future. The store itself was clean and organized.

Very futuristic way of shopping. This is truly going to be the way of the future. Enjoyed the concept of not having to walk around with a ton of clothes in hand before going to a fitting room. Just scan the barcode, pick your size, and they we will start gathering items and putting a fitting room together for you. Your fitting will pop up in the app when ready and you just walk to it and unlock the door via your Amazon app. All clothes will be in fitting room
Along with some similar options they lick as well. You can add sizes via the touchscreen in room and they will bring them to you. At checkout you can pay via your Amazon app. Love the store and concept. Will definitely be back!

The woman at the counter was so nice and helped my 3 year old son with his first skateboard. She's an amazing worker and deserves a promotion or pay raise.

I was very impressed with this store. Had never been there before. The service was over the top as you're asked every 3-4 mins if you need anything. Which is nice for a new store because it's run a little different than the average normal store. I recommend you go for yourself.

I went to this store on a Monday afternoon for the purpose of returning an item I purchased online. When I entered the store, I was greeted by numerous pleasant employees. Not pushy. I had an issue with my online return process prior to entering the store. Long story short, Ameena, assisted me along with the customer service rep on the phone. Ameena went above and beyond making sure my online returned went smoothly. Thank you. Thank you Thank you!!

Neat concept. Took a bit to realize that we were meant to scan QR codes but really like the pickup and fitting room options. Very busy inside but just be patient and you'll have fun.
