Hands down, this is the best place to come to for your new Home, rather you are Renting or Buying, this is where you want to be. The office staff is outstanding, amazing, understanding and very helpful. They don’t just make you feel like a new tenant, they make you feel at home and like you’re part of their family. I would recommend them to everyone, so if you’re looking to move This is where you want to be. They ABSOLUTELY go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met and you are Happy. I can tell you I am 100% happy and so glad I chose Greenbriar for my next new Home, not just because the place is perfect, but because The people are caring, Thoughtful, and Helpful, not to mention ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AWESOME PEOPLE. This is where you want to live, where you feel like you matter as a person and your thoughts and feelings are important to them. If you don’t believe me, come see for yourself. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW HOME!!!!

I’ve lived here for about a month now. The office is such an amazing help! Anytime I have an issue they jump to help maintenance is super helpful! This is my first place moving to and I have loved it! :) they have really turned this place around

This staff and residents have really made me feel right at home in this community. I've met so many people in such a short time and everyone has been extremely welcoming. You can tell right away that they are committed to making this place the best it can be and I am excited to be a part of that.

The maintenance men in this park are the best I've ever came across in any place I've ever lived. Their professional and super kind. They always come when they say they will and get the job done. They truly care about the community. And the office personal is also amazing I would Definitely recommend this new improved greenbriar.

I am a renter currently and hear mixed reviews about this community. Honestly they haven't bothered me once. I also had a probably with my hvac system on a Saturday night and it was fixed before end of business day on monday. There was a part that went out so it had to be replaced. They could have dragged their feet but did not. The maintenance men was professional and polite also when entering the home. So far so good for me.

Aw... The office cares. Now if i don't get in it will be so sad. I can't believe she took the time to contact me and he's my anxiety and shouldn't have to and I'm adding star.

I met the new manager Kelli Thomas and I enjoyed hearing about the plans she has for the community. I have noticed several changes and I appreciate what I am seeing. I look forward to the finished product
I've noticed her commitment to the residents and I'm happy about it.

love it here, so many things have changed recently. i received a newsletter from one of our maintenance men, donald reilly i believe and he was so nice while passing them around. he asked how my day was, how i thought the park was looking, and even talked to me about my doggos. it’s definitely turning into a great place under new management and with these new maintenance men. they really seem to know what they’re doing.

With old staff out and new staff “Michelle” in I could not be more excited for the future of greenbriar residents! Michelle in my opinion is an absolute GOD send. Thank you for turning things back around for the good! I hope this continues in the positive direction that I am observing and experiencing! Michelle is a great help… not a hinderance! I like the place overall. Staff is friendly the maintenance man is very helpful and he gets the job done I was out in my yard one day and he stopped and asked me how everything was going and if everything was okay in my home Im very grateful that Donald stopped and asked. say everything at the time was working just fine in my home and still is thanks to this man

We turned in our application and viewed a random trailor, tbh from some of the trailors in the park we were worried, but it wound up great. The trailor was really nice, with a few things they needed to fix before it could be rented, but I loved the kitchen. In less than 24 hours they got us approved as I came prepared with all the documents. The women in the office were wonderful, polite and a joy to talk to.

Clean and nice place to live. Pool gym, park.... The sales manager was very helpful and friendly. Showed us around and answered all our questions.

Greenbriar offers nice affordable housing. The new management and staff have been working hard and making some great improvements. Greenbriar is getting better and better and will be a place anyone would love to call home.

Great management! Great maintenance very nice and very professional! Will do anything to work with you if you are late on rent. New management and they are the best. Really turning the place around

Very quiet and relaxing place to live. Management is great and tackles things as I request as soon as available. I would recommend this place of living. Thank you
