We wanted to thank Todd Lucas, Allie, and everyone at Carpet One Floor and Moore! You all were so helpful and kind to arrange carpet installation before my knee surgery! Todd, especially, went out of his way to accommodate my surgery date! I am forever grateful and very humbled by this exceptional customer service. We have used Carpet One Floor and Moore since we moved to Athens in 1985, we’ve recommended them through the years, and we will continue to do so!! Thank you!! You are truly the BEST!

Carpet One was actually the flooring/tile contractor for my new home construction that was appointed by the home builder my wife I chose to build with. My first interaction with them was when one of their employees approached me during the build to point out that my foyer wall was out of square by about 1/2" per foot. The home builder had told them to just cheat it in as much as they could and I wouldn't notice. He did not feel that lying to me was a good approach. I appreciated his honesty and we got the wall straightened out in the end. After finding out they were local I started using them to purchase window treatments for our new home. 1 year in and we are making some changes and I am returning to Eric and the team yet again. They have always been honest and up front with me. I feel that their pricing is very reasonable and their customer service is great. This time around we are adding a tile backsplash to our kitchen and Harold is doing a great job yet again. We plan to finish out our basement in a few years and you can probably guess who we plan to call. Thank team!

They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Very respectful and efficient. They were able to take the carpet out, patch the floor, and lay the vinyl in one day. They even helped move my couch afterwards. All around a great job.

O my gosh what a big difference the new flooring made in our home my husband and I are very happy with the work . We had Floor and Moore do 3 different types of flooring in our home over the past few months and all of them have turned out beautifully. Engineered hardwood in our foyer, luxury vinyl tile in our kitchen and a carpet runner on our stairs. Every person we have dealt with has been kind, courteous and professional, especially Eric, Scott and Todd. The couple issues we ran into (normal little picky things) were taken care of quickly and at no charge to us. They stand behind their work and the work is outstanding. We are already looking at what we can have them come out and do next! Highly recommend! They are the best in town.

I can’t say enough good things about the service provided by Carpet One Floor & Moore. I purchased both paint and flooring here. The staff is both knowledgeable and helpful. The flooring installation was beautifully done. I am so pleased with the work that was done. Instead of waiting weeks for the work to be done by someone else, I was able to purchase my flooring and have it installed quickly. They really helped me with this project and I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out.

I couldn’t recommend Carpet One more! Eric was easy to work with, and he helped me pick out the perfect carpet for our rooms. The installers were punctual, did a fabulous job laying the carpet, and left the place looking clean and tidy. This business is a winner!!!

The material we bought was very high quality, and reasonably priced! The instillation guys were amazing! Worked until 10pm to get the job finished, and then, wiped down the floor on their hands and knees to make sure it was clean! Dealing with a home town business was great! Everyone in the shop were very professional ! I highly recommend this if your want your job done right!!
