Kountry Stop

Stopped by for gas on the way back from Ithaca. I used my credit card and after checking my statement a few days later I "thought" I had a problem with the amount charged. I called the store and received a very cordial response from Todd, who recalled my visit. Needing a little help with my problem, Todd passed me on to the owner Javier who patiently and politely did some research and helped me confirm that everything was as it should be. Their customer service was outstanding. Any small business needing a model in customer problem resolution could use this business as an example. Thank you for your great customer service.

Nice cute little convenience store. Had everything I needed at a decent price and the staff was friendly. But it's a gas station, not much to say about it but it gets the job does. Has what you need for a reasonable price. That's all you can ask for.
