Pattersonville Furniture Store

Beyond thrilled with our entire experience here. The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond. We went on two "scouting" trips to the store before buying anything to get a sense of what we wanted, both times browsing for around an hour--they made us feel so welcome and answered our questions without pressuring us.

We ordered two couches which they went over in meticulous detail with us before placing the order, making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. They went on to communicate with us about any updates they received from the manufacturer. Due to the size of the elevator and stairwell in our apartment, the team had to remove the back legs of our couch, come back a second time, and then reattach the legs once it was maneuvered into our apartment. They went through all this extra trouble so graciously. Furthermore when I called weeks later with a question about how to clean the pillow cases but couldn't recall the item number of the fabric, they found my order and contacted the manufacturer for me just to give me the right answer!

I was somewhat begrudging in spending (what I consider to be) a lot of money for new furniture, but wanted to get something that would last a long time and support a local/regional business. We love our couches and with all of the warmth and support the team gave us, I know the money was well spent. I would recommend this business to anyone.

This was the first of three stops on our list to look for coffee and end tables. It was a small shop and we were a little hesitant at first. Needless to say this was the only stop. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable about the all the pieces we were looking at. Would recommend the visit.

Only place I know who asks you what date & time works,for you. No assigned date & window. Everything set up and moved wherever you want, even multi times. Kind courteous. Will never go anywhere else!
