Excellent choice while visiting this beautiful town! Food was fresh and delicious. Drinks were on point and staff was super friendly.

Great upscale restaurant on Front Street in Greenport. First, the margaritas are large and excellent. Second, the food is delicious, sort of Mexican-Italian fusion. Third, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and service is excellent. Highly recommend!

I came on a Friday fall night and the place was beautifully decorated and was very welcoming. I have been many times in Greenport but never came in this place and it was my mistake! The service was outstanding, the food was so delicious! I had scallops, guacamole, and ice-cream frittata for desert. Thank you very much, I will be back!

Very hesitant to order an expensive item like Del Mar, but I was not disappointed. Everything on the plate was fresh. The calamari was tender, not rubbery. I was very happy.

This is one of our favorite spots that my fiancé and I frequent! The drinks are excellent, the food is delicious, and the staff is pleasant. Recommend hanging out at the bar with a peach margarita and...any of their offerings. Seriously, they're all great and yummy!

The food here is amazing. Must try the onion soup. But the best part of the meal was the Bacon wrapped strip steak. Good God that was delicious. Also, it was a nice big, thick steak that was cooked just right. Dessert was the chocolate molten cake (also really good). Definitely coming back!

Great food always we live in Greenport really the best restaurant in town

Was looking for a restaurant in Greenport & happened upon Agave, excellent choice.
Menu looked nice with many interesting choices.
Started with Margaritas. My rub with most restaurants is high prices but chintzy drinks with glasses filled with ice. Prices here were in line and the drinks were excellent & plentiful. They know how to make a Margarita.
Food was great & we enjoyed. No room for desserts but tempted.
Weather permitting will sit outside as views are excellent.
Will return when in town & will recommend to others.

I’ve been going to this place for years. Service is genuinely friendly and prompt. Not only good Mexican but great twists on other cuisine like lobster and shiitake risotto or rack of lamb. Usually open during the week when other Greenport restaurants are closed off-season. Good cocktails as well.

Great place!! Authentic Mexican food!! The chorizo quesadillas are amazing!! We order beef fajitas and chicken enchiladas with mole they were great!! The margaritas are perfectly made! Great restaurant, friendly people. I'm definitely coming back again and would recommend to all my friends!

Staff was so friendly, made us feel welcome from the start. Drinks and food were awesome. Unfortunately next door was throwing some kind of party the music carried over from there, other than that no complaints.

They are still offering great take-out options at this time, I love the fish tacos. Highly recommend it as a break from cooking at home. Also, the margaritas are excellent!

Calamari appetizer was the best I ever had, steak wrapped in bacon entree was amazing. Service was exceptional. Was my first time there, will definitely be coming back

The food was amazing, staff was superb and the atmosphere was quite cozy. We had a really great evening and the food was tasty - from app to meal to dessert. (Steak was delicious)

Attentive staff and friendly. We had dinner last New Years Eve at AGAVE and it was perfect all around, Calamari app. was very very good and steak entre was spot in. Looking forward to another great dinner on New Years this year at AGAVE.

If you like Mexican food and want to take it to the next level, go toAGAVE Grill & and Cantina. You won't be disappointed. Great menu - fresh seafood, fantastic fajitas and tasty tacos. The place is the real deal and everyone is so nice there.
Bottom line: AGAVE could be your new Greenport Go To

Fantastic meal and service! I had a delicious spicy shrimp and rice dish that had just the right amount of heat, and my husband had the lobster risotto which was loaded with delicious lobster- service was terrific- can’t say enough nice things about this restaurant!

We have always loved Agave but now...New Chef? Terrific. Do not leave here without having ths steamed clam appetizer!

Awesome food. Service is perfect. Atmosphere is lovely. The owner is so personable! A must stop to eat when in Greenport!
