Clean rooms, great staff and a super location.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the main section of town and yet far enough away to rest in the peacefulness. The staff was amazing all around, from the dock staff helping to tie up the boat, the front desk to check in, the house keeping and especially the bar staff!!! Excellent weekend getaway on the boat

The Townsend Manor Inn is charming for its decor in each of its buildings. The staff is friendly and very responsive to issues. Or room was very restful.

The food in the bar was very tasty, too! I got a Vic's Burger and it was one of the juiciest hamburgers I have ever had. Would recommend.

The Townsend Manor Inn has a great location - about 5 minutes from many shops and wineries. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, and was updated in all the right places while still feeling homey and quaint. We had breakfast at the inn the following morning and the waitstaff were very attentive and the food was delicious. Definitely would come back to the area and this inn, preferably for a longer stay!

We went for dinner, everything was wonderful. Our server, food, quiet atmosphere!

Reasonable prices, delicious food, quaint accommodations and the friendliest staff. Try the shrimp club! If you're in Greenport NY you owe it to yourself to check out Townsend Tuesdays for good music and incredible wood fired brick oven pizza from Pizza Rita.

The Townsend Manor Inn is a wonderful place to stay when traveling to the North Fork of Long Island. The rooms are comfortable and hold an old North Shore feel to them while also providing all the comforts you come to expect from a modern bed and breakfast. The main inn has quaint lodging and an beautiful dining area with delicious food. Views of the inlet and a boat launch also make it a great place to relax at the end of the day. The Inn is close to the local downtown with great shops and restaurants if you want to stroll around. This is also a great spot to locate yourself if you wanted to travel to the many vinyards and farms around the area for wine, locally sourced food, and fiber arts. The Townsend Inn is a great lodging with many places to explore around it!

Had a great stay at their marina. Very nice and professional staff. Great pool and a cool old fashioned pool/snack bar. Will look to stay again.

Lovely, historic inn in Greenport at the edge of town and walkable to shops, restaurants, and Peconic Bay waterfront. Comfortable, upscale rooms, clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Lovely outdoor swimming pool. Reasonably priced.

New floating dock is a terrific update. As well as the completely updated Gingerbread house. Glad the restaurants has reopened. Great Pub food at a reasonable price.

This marina/inn is a great little hideaway in greenport. It is a perfect distance from town (10 - 15 minute walk) to be able to spend a day in greenport or just in your own little slice of paradise.

Great place. Is it old and in need of some modernization, yes. However, this is within walking distance to the town and they have a great bar and resturaunt. Plus, the staff Is fantastice and the prices are very reasonable!

Great small marina, decent land side restrooms and showers, nice onsite restaurant, nice walk to town center, not a long walk...but enough to eat your ice on the way back to the boat!

My experience was great in room 52. Even forgot something and the room and they were great about letting us go back up! I have stayed in the past and will stay again

Love this Inn. My family and I have been going here for years. It's close enough for you to walk right into town or you can stay by their pool and relax all day if you choose to.

A bit run down but can't beat the location and convenience. It's a great getaway spot. Very nice staff as well.

Very good rates for slips. Very clean pool with a bar. We go every year! Love it
