Petco Vaccination Clinic

This review is regarding the vetco at this location. The service from the vet technicians here is absolutely terrible. Will never come to this location again. Will most definitely look for local vet.

Context: Had to come 3 times just to complete my annual visit. First time, they cancelled without informing me. Second time, got the vaccines but was given the wrong prescription. Third time, came back to get the right prescription but was made to wait instead of just handling this task asynchronously with other patrons here for annual vaccine appointments.

There are plenty of appointments available for a reason. Within our appointment the vet (Dr. Herdic) gave additional medications and vaccines without our consent. Our puppy’s records show that we did not need the vaccine and she is allergic to the medication. We will just wait out our usual vet’s schedule from now on.
