Burnet Pharmacy

Highly recommend! Cannot believe how great they are! If I lived local, I'd go there all the time. Other pharmacy locations are great in Syracuse but when needing a specific medication after a surgery, no one but Burnet was able to fill, same day!
Kind, knowledgeable, fast! So greatful!

Firstly, they’re local and not some faceless chain. Secondly, they’re a wonderful family who go above and beyond. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve not been able to get there before closing and they stayed open for me. I cannot say enough nice things about Burnet Pharmacy. Highly, highly recommend. I used Wegmans for years without incident but I’d much rather support local.

Wow what a difference an independent pharmacy makes. In contrast to the big chains, the people at Burnet really seem to care about their customers. The local chains could not care less. I just got off the phone with a staff member of Brunet. He is the person who always seems to answer the phone. He seems to be the pharmacist. Always nice, helpful..he recalled me, what town I live in and my past history there...It's .like he did not get the notice that it's no longer necessary (and it is a liability) to be civil--- a notice that the local CVS not only got but strictly adheres to. What a difference! Thank you Burnet Pharmacy!! It is worth going a little further to go to a store with caring staff. I recommend this place highly. Chuck CVS and the other places that are too big to care. This place is a huge step up!

This pharmacy is absolutely amazing! They are so friendly and they actually take the time to answer any questions Or concerns you may have. They really treat you like family. I've been using them for almost a year now and I'm so happy that I found them, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. If your looking for a pharmacy that really cares then I definitely recommend switching to Burnet pharmacy!!

Father & Son Team are by far the most kindest people there is! They take the time to work with you individually and also communicate with your Dr. should there be any medication concerns, changes or refills. Striving to maintain your health is their goal! The owner of Burnet Pharmacy was very helpful in finding a supplier that carried the prescription that I needed.
It's a very personable business and I always recommend them over the big box pharmacies where you're treated like a number.

Burnet pharmacy is great.they help you with medications if they don't have it they can usually have it within 24 hrs.Ahmed and his son are great to work with on pricing also if you have to pay out of pocket.they deliver also. Can't say enough good things about them.
