Called last night about a tire issue. Jake got us in the next day on short notice, fixed the car at a very reasonable price, and all in time to pick up our baby at daycare. Very nice and polite people working there too.

Exceptional service! I am from out of state and had engine trouble on my way to Syracuse. I called first thing in the morning and they managed to fit me in to look at my vehicle AND repair it that same day! Very knowledgeable professionals and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Went in to get my transmission fluid and pan replaced, and their service was excellent. They're are very honest, and even stayed late so I had my car ready by the end of the day. These people really care, I cannot recommend them enough!

Trusting Glisson's Automotive is trust well-deserved! My car broke down out of town on a weekend. Without an appointment, I had it towed home to Glisson's. They quickly diagnosed my failed transmission AND provided me a Xerox of a 2018 Subaru announcement extending the warranty on this transmission. Nick urged me to contact Subaru even though I was slightly past warranty deadlines, "Subaru likes to keep customers happy." After a smooth negotiation, I am happy. Nick saved me several thousand dollars. 5 stars plus to Glisson's for their thoughtful treatment of me and my car!.

Great place with knowledgeable staff that isn't constantly trying to upsell you. They've worked on a couple of my cars now and I've never had an issue. Highly recommend for all your maintaining, though they are a smaller shop so get backed up during busy seasons (tire changes and what not), so it's beat to call and schedule at least a week before you need to get your car in, just to be safe. I don't believe they do body work or major system repairs (transmission and the like), but don't quote me on that.

Hands down the best garage I’ve done business with. Staff were very friendly and treated me well and were very transparent about costs of repairs upfront. Pretty quick turnaround time too and shop is very well kept. Highly recommend

my car failed an inspection at another national brand auto center but i even though i do a lot of business there, i doubted their findings. i called Glisson's just to speak to a local repair shop and after being honest with them, they were able to show me on the car where the issues were. they were not close to failing an inspection. not only did my car pass the inspection, i was only charged $10 instead of $21 since i recently had it inspected elsewhere. today's visit and great customer care saved my $1200 of repairs and/or pulling the trigger on another car sooner than we were ready for. i'm extremely grateful and recommend this shop for their honesty and timely service!

Nick was so friendly and helpful. I had my check engine light come on and it was related to my oil. My dipstick would not come out and he suggested that it probably is stuck and to be careful. I fixed the issue by putting in oil my self and getting the stuck dipstick out. I still went to him to make sure everything was okay. Nick read the code, checked the oil level, and suggested I get a new dipstick and oil change. Such quality care and will be coming back for any of my vehicle needs!

In my experience the folks at Glisson's are very honest, do good work, and are a pleasure to deal with. Very convenient location in relation to the university area. I would definitely recommend taking your car here for service.
