I have called 3 times a day, Tuesday-Friday, never talked to a person , left a message each call and never got a reply or a return call. Sorry customer service for a company with a quality product.

Moved stock locations to Mexico and I guess their customer service moved off the face of the earth. Shame since I purchased motors through them for years without any issues.
