Their food products are generally a bit upcharged, but certain items are cheaper there than online or surrounding stores. These guys are the best place to get the hair products I use! I even get my hair trimmed here when I am sick of cutting my own hair, and the salon is wonderful. The products they use on my hair smell so good, make my curls look amazing, and they don't irritate my fragrance sensitivities. They're super accommodating. :)

I absolutely love the varsity of food and product in the store. My favorite things are the juices and the smoothies. Many a time I find myself purchasing their smoothie of the month...just good stuff. Their soups and chili are also perfect during the winter. The people working there are extremely friendly and helpful.

Very friendly service from the isle to the checkout. Someone asked me if I had found what I was looking for before I had a chance to ask for help. The price of the items I purchased were less expensive than Amazon, before S&H. When I checked out my items, they were discounted even more with the free discount card. Outstanding experience!

The best natural and whole foods store in our area. Great customer service in all departments. The product quality here is fantastic and the natural products are trusted. Be sure to take your time to walk the aisles and check it all out. Competitive prices here versus the nature area at Wegmans.

I love coming here and supporting this local business. I always leave spending way more than intended, but happy because they have such great products that are hard to find anywhere else. The staff is always eager to help and knowledgeable.

The customer service was amazing!!!! I needed a costum Mediterranean spice mix for hiking trips and Ryan helped me put it all together. He was so helpful and really put together a mix that worked out great in couscous and hummus. Everything was so fresh and delicious and cant wait to try it in other recipes!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Enhanced Beauty Salon. I had a massage with Celite which was relaxing and comfortable! I had a great facial with Barb, she made some recommendations for my skin issues, and was not pushy about me buying products! I will definitely go back again!

They have a cosmetic section and people that can answer questions and assist you. They have a beauty salon and can help with particular problems.
There is a snack bar with healthy choices for food and drinks.
There is even a small art gallery with some local artists.
There are people informed about different products to assist you, even for pets.
You can get a rewards card that records your purchases.

Good quality supplements, food, and at prices you would expect. There is a consultation counter where you can describe what you would like help treating and they will find a supplement for you personally. There is also a mini cafe/coffee area with some amazing beverages.

I love this store. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I always go there. Love it.

Abundance of quality products. Place has a lot of potential if it wasn't so feminized. You're made to feel uncomfortable when you ask the wrong person for some attention to a question. Anybody in any Department should be equally trained to proceed except it's often pushed off on another who gets criticized if they spend too much time with you. So I often leave without getting what I wanted. Maybe they need self-styled instacart interface. A lot of caring and intelligent people there Place could use a "hostess" and the cafe an upgrade and maybe Book Sales and a deli case

I've been a fan since the plaza next to Peter's. Karen, a fave, Wendy well she recently made a large donation if Easter candy to my new home at CCS/Childcare Solutions (which I picked up). We shared and distributed and it made a lot if peoples day 😉

Nature-Tyme really stepped up their game when they built a new location on a major road way (Erie Blvd). They bring a level of quality that's above & beyond the norm for the Syracuse area. The selection is outstanding and the new location has made me like them even more than before.

I haven't been impressed with the quality of some products that standard grocery stores bring to the table, in regards to bagged/boxed organic/natural products, but I never seem disappointed with what Nature-Tyme brings to the table. Recently I've been making a dietary change (thanks to Monsanto's corn) to ween out as much/all non GMO corn from my diet, and without this store that would be much harder.

This is an awesome place to shop. Everything is so organized, peaceful and clean. The customer service there is awesome! There's always someone available to answer questions about the products.

This is the primo health food and natural remedies location and prices are better than online stores. Plus you have the benefit of highly knowledgeable staff. Love it!

Andrew, the Assistant Store Manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He had used some of the products we were asking about, which made the whole process much easier.

This is a great store for anyone. Organic, vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerant, gluten free, etc. A lot of food, beauty products, pet products, some clothing, frozen food, fresh food. Great store!
