Simply the best Chinese food hands down. I have been and lived in major metropolitan areas and cannot find anything as good as their wonton soup and hot pepper chicken!

Always very good food. I've been coming here for years and have always enjoyed what I ordered. Owner and family are all very friendly.

I wrote a review two years ago and I don't disagree with it now. It is excellent, consistent food. I even drive all the way from sauquoit to come here.

I like that they deliver with respect and kindness and not arrogance and having a delivery person to get a tip by saying they don’t have change. I love their menu, but I like not seeing them fail health inspections the most. Great job.

WOW!! Great restaurant!! I just had the best Chinese food in a long time! Grand Harmony on Genesee St in Utica is a fantastic Chinese restaurant to go to!! I ordered General Tso's chicken, won ton soup, and a couple of egg rolls!! Yummy!! I loved it!! I loved it so much I even ordered Pepper Steak, and Moo Goo Gai Pan to go!! I'd definitely order from Grand Harmony again!!

Grand Harmony did an amazing job with delivering. I was even happier when I tasted their food. It was absolutely delicious, I also tried the food my daughters ordered and it was even better! 10/10 recommend.

I ordered food all the time and I love LOVE the food! I don’t usually write reviews but as I was going to place my order online I saw a particular review that did no justice to the restaurant. I started coming to the restaurant ever since August and I come almost every week if not every other week. NOT ONCE did I saw rats or any other insects. The place is pretty clean and well organized. I’m always greeted welcomely and the food are also nice and hot.

They're my favorite! I order often and I am never dissatisfied with anything. Delivery time is faster than other restaurants. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Convenient and best, cleanest Chinese Food in town. Been a loyal customer of Grand Harmony for a decade strong. And for a decade they have made my food the way I like it without fail or hiccups. If you are in town looking for a good place to eat Chinese food takeout, definitely stop by and give them a try. You won't be disappointed if you really know your Chinese Foods.

I had to come here and write a proper review for this place. CLEANEST CHINESE FOOD IN THE AREA (I've lived here for about 6 years and tried several restaurants). I ordered food from here yesterday and they do a great job, The food looks clean, tastes fresh and feels cared for, is not like those other restaurants where the yellow rice is a shade of brown and it tastes like its been sitting for a while. The food is so fresh here in fact, that today I ate my left overs and they tasted like my food yesterday. WOW, never really had that before in Chinese food.
Just wanna say keep up the good work. I will definitely keep ordering from them. Once I tried their food I really don't trust any of the other Chinese restaurants I had eaten in the past, the level of cleanliness in every aspect of this restaurant is truly remarkable.

Very attentive staff with a wide variety at the food bar. Didn't even have to call a waiter to clear empty plates or refill drinks. Outstanding service!

Not sure why some people are rating this restaurant so low, but I absolutely love this place. I've had no problems with any payment problems. Last time they accidentally charged me extra, and I didn't even notice, but they called me and told me and refunded the extra charged amount. Some people complain of not delivering to their place, that is a ridiculous reason to rate this restaurant lowly because you can't simply expect everyone to deliver to your house.

To this day, one of my favorite places to takeout Chinese food. Always solid. Eggrolls outta this world! Szechwan dumplings, forgettabouttit!

Hands down the best Chinese place out around! I'm a big fan of Chinese food and I can probably say that I have tried every single Chinese restaurant in the area! (ok, there may be a couple based on location I have not gotten to) But every single time I get Grand Harmony-- I am never disappointed! I never regret it!

The food never disappoints. Probably, the best chinese restaurant in Utica at the moment. Prices are fair and the portions served, too. I really enjoy their Beef and Brocolli combo. Highly recommend it.

Best Chinese food in the area!

The food was great, and was prepared quickly. I really enjoyed listening to the young man who was answering the phone. His phone manners and demeanor was delightful!
