Fleet Feet in Clay has a fantastic group. They are friendly, knowledgeable. The only issue I come across is they don’t always have the sizes for me in stock usually have to order online but will get within a few days. Today the e women who helped me was very patient and I ended up purchasing 3 pairs for me and 1 for my wife. Good day😉

I had been to Fleet Feet previously for my daughter. This visit was for a different product for myself. I found a couple of stores nearby that appeared to carry what I needed; but I decided to go to Fleet Feet--though farther away and less convenient--because I knew about your excellent service. I felt sure that I would have my questions answered by a knowledgeable sales associate, receive the right product for me, and would not feel rushed or pressured. I was not disappointed. Very helpful staff and good selection. They make sure you are getting the best shoe for your needs and foot shape. The staff is very knowledgeable and lets you try shoes and run around in them until you find the best fit - they are patient.

I am impressed by and appreciate the great customer service and knowledge. Lee was friendly and professional. I never felt rushed and he explained everything thoroughly. Fleet Feet’s policy for returning sneakers is great too.

Maggie, at the bridge st store, was very helpful. After measuring my feet, Maggie brought out several pairs of sneakers for me to try. She was very patient and explained the features of each sneaker. With that information I was able purchase a pair of Hoka sneakers. I’m very happy with my purchase and the help I received from fleet feet. I highly recommend.

I went on a busy Thursday afternoon and did have a bit of a wait but I was informed of that at check in. When it was my turn (I had probably a 30-45 minute wait) I had the full attention of Dan who got me fitted and measured and explained my results. He listened to what I said. I am not a runner. I walk daily and needed a solid comfortable high quality sneaker. I still had a pair of sneakers I’d purchased at Fleet Feet more than 5 years ago. We started with three options and I found what I liked among those choices. He also helped me with the Oofos sandals. He never rushed or hurried me. He thanked me for my patience but it was well worth the wait. I won’t wait “years” to go back next time.

The foot measurement was thorough and explained by the staff. I was able to try on several brands and sizes. I purchased a pair which after wearing them for a few days were not comfortable. I was able to return them, and later went back to try another pair. I'm very pleased that the staff listened to my needs and were able to get me comfortably fitted.

Recently went to the store after an exercise class and my feet were hurting. A very attentive salesperson took great care of me. After explaining my issues, she mapped my feet and made some observations I was not aware of. Upon her recommendation, I tried on 3 different pairs of athletic shoes. Came away with a win. Comfortable and I think they will serve me well.

I really love fleet feet! I am a fat hiker and backpacker and every time I go in everyone is kind and I don’t feel that silent judgement that I feel at other stores. I’m always helped or greeted immediately and the associate I work with always asks great questions and it’s patient and thorough with me no matter how many other folks are in the store.

I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis and my podiatrist recommended Fleet Feet. Great call! Gene was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Rare to see service this excellent in any store these days. Diagnostic equipment was first class.

Great place to get running shoes, sometimes the prices can be a bit high. They use a scanner to find the correct size of shoe for you, after that they bring out a few pairs of shoes to try on, then they have a strip of track to run on to try them out. Recommended.
