Tony and Peter are so friendly and personable I felt like family. And the pizza? Good God man! Better than Philly. My new go to!

Palermo has been a Utica, New York staple for years. I can remember sitting in Palermo over 19 years ago enjoying a slice of pizza for lunch. The food is, and always has been amazing. I hope Palermo continues to be one of Utica's finest for years to come.

I love this place and order several times a week. The supervisor or manager, specifically tonight (Michael) I don't know how how he spells it), is a jerk. He even called to argue w me after a misinterpretated order that was meant for delivery vs pick up. This isn't typical for this place though.

This place is awesome, solid, and the people that work there are amazing. The supervisor this evening, is 100% out of bounds. No business should call up a customer to argue.

This place treats me as a friend whether it's pick up or delivery. Good people. As always compliments to the chef and staff, I see you guys more than my family. Thanks always my friends, sorry about your manager.

They have the BEST thin pizza in town.i live quite a ways from them and they still deliver to my address. Boy am I greatful. Oh and a fully loaded antipasto salad that is again the best. Prices are good also. They don't disappoint😊

Good flavored hot subs, best meatball mozzarella subs in the area. Pizza has robust, crispy crust buttered lightly with zesty sauce. Usually fast delivery even on weekends.

Good old Palermo! Only place open late for Pizza in Utica. Prices reasonable, food is delicious! The place is clean, service is friendly and efficient. The owner is a nice, conscientious guy.

Pizza and wings were very good. I think the hot sauce could be a bit hotter, but that's the opinion of our family. They have great desserts and employees are really pleasant there.

I only get to eat Palermos pizza once a year when I visit family in Utica, but every time I'm up there I almost within the first couple of days, go to Palermo for a slice. If they could deliver to Texas, I would be eating their food more regularly.
I love their crust, ingredients and their fast turnaround. Even on busy nights, like the one i encountered last year, they took almost 10 orders within few mins of us "customers" waiting by the counter. That was fun to watch.

this is one of the top 3 pizza shops in Utica! I won't actually make a this is the best pizza statement because each of the top three has their own wonderful charms but Palermo has great service, consistently tasty food and a staff that will actually answer your questions. If there is a rare instance of a problem they seem to bend over backwards to fix it and usually throw in a little something on the side. This is what customer service is all about. So next time you're in Utica check out Palermo's Pizza. They're open really late too!
