Came in to pick up a giant oil pan from my online order.
While waiting at the register, a gigantic friendly dog from behind the counter walks up to me and greets me. After a few good scratches, it proceeded to stand on it's hind legs and hugged me. Dogs always make my day! I normally just use Oreily's in Big Lake, as it's closer to me, but if the dog was a gaurantee, I would definitely come here more often. Very friendly and polite dog.

5 stars for good customer service, but also more importantly: dog.

We were stranded on 94 a mile from their stored!
I called and spoke with Brian. They not only had the parts but dropped them off with us on the highway. !

That is above and beyond the call of duty !!

Back on the road in an hour!

Great experience. We had a headlight go out on us and we were confused as to what part we needed exactly. So, we go in and tell the guy behind the counter that we needed a daytime running light for our vehicle. Now he was confused because he looked it up on his parts book and it showed that the part needed was dealership only at about $700. We had replaced these lights before and never needed to take it to the dealership before to have it done. So, he decided that he would take a look at the vehicle outside. We went out and he determined that we were confused about what type of light we needed. All we needed was a dimming headlight for just over $20. Thank you NAPA for hiring such wonderful people who will take the time to help out a customer who knows very little about the vehicle he owns.

I really liked these guys, as they offered great advice and whatnot when we needed it. The dogs were also pretty awesome and were friendly, especially Jake. The building and products are well organized and look good.

It was a hot day and I was broke down (with my dog) waiting on a tow truck, a NAPA employee noticed me in the parking lot. He invited both me and my dog inside where it was cool, also got water for my pet! They made my waiting a very pleasant and comfortable time.

Top notch customer service. I have never shopped there but drop off UPS packages at least once a week, great, super friendly staff.

Great customer service. Swapped out a wrong part that I had lost the receipt on. It was from another Napa store, but they knew that location would be closed by the time I got there. Really helped me out in a bind!

You need anything for any ride save yourself the Hassel of not knowing what you need when you need it. Take the time to go in an expiriance what a true auto parts shop can do for you. They have your back! Knowledgeable staff and a good old fashion ribbing with a smile is what you get here, down to earth real American knowhow!
