LOFT

Liked my experience and was my first time getting nice treatment from a store as all the ladies there were older women. They were very kind and nice and helped the best way possible!

I went in last week and told a worker how much I appreciated that they were still requiring masks and I could tell that she was just tired as she told me they're doing they're best. She told me some people still refuse and that she would appreciate if I told corporate my thoughts. I didn't think much of it until i came to google and saw a nasty review someone left. I honestly didn't expect to see a review like the one I saw here from someone who was upset that she was asked to put a mask on when there are signs that clearly state you MUST wear a mask. Don't like it, don't go there??? I can't imagine what it's been like working in retail the past year and constantly have to worry about the hundreds of people they come face to face with every week and whether or not they might have covid. The girls at this store are very sweet, are always running around working hard and when I went in again today, they made me feel welcome. Strange how that happens when you treat them like human beings worthy of respect. I would definitely recommend this store to any of my friends. Keep up the good work, ladies! Your work as "essential" employees is appreciated by DECENT people!

I love the clothes at Loft. Some items are a bit expensive but they do run sales pretty regularly. Because of the mall set up, you have to take a roundabout way to get to the store. Annoying, especially in the winter. I am not required to wear a mask in this store at this time, which is a plus
