Pancho Villa Mexican Restaurant

Absolutely the best Mexican food in the area! Authentic, quick, delicious! So much food for a great price! Verde sauce was perfect! Mole incredible. So many options on the menu. Sat immediately, no wait. Definitley worth a wait if you have to!! Staff is friendly and helpful. So clean. On top of all of that, they had a talented violin player serenading the bar area with beautiful music. Such a good experience. We will be back!

This place is great I have eaten pretty much everything on the menu. Service is always great, super nice patio for outdoor seating. The Bandeja Paisa is probably my favorite to have people try outside of their norm.

We ordered dinner for a 110 person family reunion! The food was amazing, fresh and wonderful! We had the best time and people talked about the food all weekend! They provided wonderful service and helped us out with a short time frame! We love to go to the restaurant and stop by there when we are in town. Highly recommend them for Catering!

Absolutely, unequivocally the best Mexican Restaurant in Minnesota! Always the freshest ingredients. Excellent, kind service and a comfortable atmosphere. We will drive from the Cities to go here. We've been going for years and they are consistently excellent!

Authentic ambiance and feel. The service was great and attentive. The menu was extensive and I really liked the Villa enchiladas. For our appetizers we enjoyed the fresco guacamole and tamal. The food needed a little salt but that was an easy fix. My only complaint were the quality of the happy hour margaritas. They tasted like limeade and I tasted no alcohol in them. Overall a good restaurant and I would definitely come back.

Crazy good, underrated. Got a taco, some dip and some rice. Taco melts in your mouth, rice tastes good, and the dip is crazy. Highly recommend if you are around in the area. They also have root beer, water,coca cola, and a lot more! Better than almost every other Mexican restaurant.

Authentic Mexican food to a T! Margaritas were served in a traditional beautiful Margarita glass. Music and atmosphere so great. Appetizers were big portions. Get the guacamole dip for sure. Don't drive by this place! Stop and eat!

We stopped on the way from St Paul to Becker, needed something to eat, saw the Pancho Villa sign on the interstate blue food sign.The food and service was excellent. Would definitely visit again.

Food was absolutely incredible!! Drinks were delicious. The chips and salsa was the only complaint, charging for them was odd but oh well. Lived in monticello since 2019 and never been here. We will be back...

Very nice, relaxing, comfortable place to eat. I've been here twice, and every time, I've never seen anyone without a smile on their face. The food is good too.

My only complaint is that you don't get free chips and salsa. Other than that the food was delicious. The queso was phenomenal!

I ordered a chicken fajita quesadilla, it was AWESOME! Great food, friendly service, and they had a guy playing a violin looking thing, some nice entertainment! Definitely would go back!

Rodino ( I hope Im getting his name correctly) did a fantastic job, the service was great, we got the mixed meat fajitas, and these were some of the juiciest, most flavorful steak and chicken that's ever been served to us, I got the tres enchiladas, the pulled pork was a tad dry, but other than that, the guac was delish, amongst everything else, great chips n queso. 10/10, I have high hopes for this restaurant, they nailed it!

Pancho Villa is AMAZING. The food is delicious, and the service is second to none. They are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We love going there and seeing Rodrigo and team and enjoying their delicious food!!

We stopped here for a late dinner on a drive home to the cities, and boy were we glad! they were very friendly and accommodating, even though I am pretty sure they were about to close. We ordered some apps, dinner, and a couple margaritas and everything was fantastic! All of the entrées had so much meat in them then we couldn’t even eat what we ordered. The queso with chorizo was unbelievable, and the guacamole was made fresh and brought to our table. This is about 30 minutes away for us, but we would definitely go out of our way to eat here again. Unfortunately we were so hungry, We neglected to take pictures.

First time eating at Pancho Villa and the food was excellent! It's hard to find really good Mexican restaurants in Minnesota but this place nailed it! From the cheese dip to the chimichangas, our meal was delicious! I don't eat meat so I requested my chimichanga be made with only beans and rice and my waiter happily obliged, to my delight! We will definitely be back to try other menu items and margaritas!

We really like Mexican food and this place really delivered! The drinks were great and the food came fast! Everything tasted authentic and we even got dessert! Never had to wait to ask for anything(more water, e, tea spoons, etc...). Our daughter even got a virgin Pina colada!

This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant! Authentic Mexican food - The campechanos and bandeja paisa are our favorites. The friendliest, most welcoming staff - willing to answer any questions you might have or offer suggestions for what you might like. And as always - 2 for 1 house margaritas! Served in the big glasses, perfectly salted rims!

Absolutely the best Mexican food in the area! Large portions, fast service and drink were great too! Waiters were gracious and friendly, and ready to help. No waiting for a table as there is a large seating area. Prices were comparable to other Mexican restaurants in our area.
