Triangle Town Justice Court

I have to say despite these other reviews, I always got a call back (3 calls) about the ticket I needed to pay. The exchanges were very pleasant and helpful. That's my 2¢.

They had no judge their secretary was taking tickets and my boyfriend tried to speak up because I didn't understand the charges and you know she wouldn't allow it and I didn't understand what I was saying guilty to and I don't know how it holds up so now my insurance is high because I didn't understand the question they need to have a judge they're not just somebody random

Got a speeding ticket and was told to show up at court on a certain day and time I show up and the place is not even open on the day the ticket told me to show up

What a joke this court is, can't talk to anybody EVER and when you do they don't have the slightest clue of what's going on or how to call people back. Wanted my pregnant wife to travel 1200 miles for a speeding ticket. No returned emails, no cooperation to resolve. Just set suspension dates and not answer the phone

I followed all the required steps in the summons. The I got surprised 3 months later with a license suspension letter. I have evidence that I responded to the summons in my hands but wil still have to drive 4hrs to appear in court in order to prevent license being suspended. There seems to be no accountability on the part of this court.

Just like the other person said, their phone number is just an answering machine that says they don't take calls and provides their fax number and their email. I've sent 3 emails with them only responding to my first (after a few days). When I sent the other emails trying to still resolve the same issue they simply ignored them. One was sent probably more than a month ago with no response and another a week ago with no response. They gave me 30 days to complete the requirements of my plea deal but suspended my license before even 20 days. Now I can't complete the plea deal since it requires your license to not be suspended and I can't reach the court to resolve the issue. It baffles me that a courthouse functions like this. It's not just a random business that you can skip and go somewhere else. People like me are depending on them to resolve legal issues and it's ludicrous that they choose to not be available to people. I can't go to anyone else about this since this is their issue so I'm stuck in an incompetent trap. I have half a mind to go in person but that would be a trip of over 4 hours for something that should be able to be resolved over phone or email. This is inexcusable.

This must be the most inept court in the whole country. Been trying to settle a simpe traffic ticket for MONTHS. Must be nice to work three hours a day.

My girlfriend has paid her ticket several times and they keep telling her she needs to pay her fine, these people are corrupt, lazy, thieves and do not answer the phone. This court is a joke and should be shut down

Trying to pay a court fee never got the paperwork in the mail and I cannot get ahold of them when I call in the hours their phones say they are open

Doesn’t answer phone calls, doesn’t respond to emails.. worst court in America. They should all drop...

Agree with previous posts that this court does not answer phones, mails, and emails.
