I have used Victra Verizon a number of times this year for questions about my phone, and recently to upgrade my iPhone. Brian and Leah are patient, knowledgeable, and do a great job explaining phone features and plans. Brian in particular has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful as I have tried to navigate the use of an international SIM and carrier plan on my American phone. I highly recommend this store!

First I want to say how amazing Brian was. He was the only employee working when my wife and I walked in for new phones. Brian was super knowledgeable and helped get us any discounts or trade ins that applied. He then started the data transfer on both phone while answering the phone and helping other walk ins. Brian handled every issue with a resolution and never seemed overwhelmed. He kept updating my wife and I of our status as he helped other customers. I would hope management realizes that Brian is invaluable and they do whatever is necessary to keep him employed. I will only come to this store and request Brian for any further dealings.

Michael was hands down the best employee! He helped me with an esim issue from online support, and figured it out in a fast, timely manner. Super friendly, professional, and puts a lot of care into his job. Amazing place and people!!

Brian was quite good at handling all the customers in the shop as he was on his own at the store.

We had a unique situation with finding a new phone for our 90 year old mother. Brian, so patiently, led us through the process. Once we received the phone by mail, Brian activated the new phone and transferred all of her contacts. He is a very friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable sales associate. An asset to the company.
