My Wife and I came into Mattress Firm in Poughkeepsie and had the privilege of meeting Mr. William Smith, Salesmen. Bill is an amazing individual and he has you feeling right at Home the moment you enter the Store. You will not find a high pressure salesman, but rather a man who truly cares about his customers. He loves his profession and is someone who goes out of his way to help folks get a good nights sleep.
My Wife was having discomfort in her neck and Bill quickly went about finding the perfect pillow for her sleep position. I would add that he went over all of the features of a high end Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable base we had purchased several years ago. There were features of our bed we were unaware of and Bill recommended the best positions to try for a quality nights sleep. The amount of research this man has done in the area of Restorative Sleep is amazing. Bill has definitely set the bar in terms of integrity and Customer Service.
Lastly we are contemplating replacing a bed in one of our Guest Rooms and Bill was equally helpful in making us arrive at the choice of a best fit for our Grandchildren, thereby ensuring they get a restful nights sleep.

Our visit at the Poughkeepsie store was unplanned but my husband and I are glad we did it because Bill (William Smith) was very welcoming, accommodating, knew exactly what he was talking about, showed compassion and shared some jokes here and there and was kind enough to let my husband lay down on the bed so Bill could demonstrate what he will be getting if he decides to purchase from the store. He is a dying breed of what a REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE person should be! I can’t tell you enough good things about Bill. He made us feel special in his own genuine way. No tricks he was just being his good old self. Thanks Bill for helping us choose the perfect base for our king bed. We will be back for the mattresses soon!

It was a great experience. I don't do online purchases. I was able to walk in, lay on bed and buy bed all within 15 minutes. MR. William Smith was awesome. His service is the truth. 2023 sleep expert he's the truth. Shout out to William. All good yo! Can't wait to lay in bed. For real tho word!.

I finally made a decision to stop in and check out the mattresses. I met with the most caring person and knowledgeable you could tell that he really loves his job and he took the time and let me try the mattress and told me the different types of memory foam mattress and the regular mattress with coil soft topping mattress. He was very patient with me while I tried the both mattress. He was not pushy salesman. He did not just sell you a mattress explained all the pressure points. I left there happy with Mr William Smith. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm Salesman Mr William Smith to people !

I had a great experience here at Mattress Firm. The salesman William Smith was great. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in regards to the mattresses. Bill put no pressure on me, and he made me feel like a guest in his house. All my questions were answered, and I ended up purchasing three mattresses. The only negative part of my experience here was when it was time to checkout, the computer system was very slow. The screen froze up a few times and IT was unable to help. Hopefully the program they are using gets improved to be more efficient. Thanks, Greg.

The rep Jake,was very helpful and gave us great advice about bedding, how to care for it and how to choose it.
