I had a great experience with Reeds Jewelers in Orchard Park. Before making any decisions on what to buy/sell, the employees answered all of my questions, big or small. This made it remarkably easy for me to decide the best course of action. I was able to sell my jewelry at a comfortable price, and I ended up getting a customized chain and pendant. The final product is beautiful, and I appreciate all that Reeds Jewelers did to make that happen.

We have had great experiences with everyone at Reeds in OP over the years. We purchased our wedding bands and engagement ring there. Recently we purchased another ring and worked with Renea. She was very nice, helpful and made sure we were happy with our purchase!

When my husband and I started talking about marriage, I knew Reeds was the obvious choice. Working with a well-established jewelry store was a priority for me to receive quality service and expert care. We worked with Jenny through the whole process and she is exceptional! Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she was exceedingly patient with me as I changed my mind several times. Jenny listened to my concerns, gave honest opinions, and went above and beyond to make the diamond buying experience exciting and easy. Thank you Jenny and thank you Reeds! I am unapologetically over the moon with all of my sparkly frosting!

Reed Jenss has been our #1 jeweler since our engagement in 1987. They’ve helped us to select several items over the years and the customer service is always exceptional. Most recently, Renea and Mark in the OP store helped me to add to my collection, with great options and patient service. I also appreciate Ashley at the Amherst location who has similarly helped me with purchasing decisions. A local business that gets it right, better than the big chains every time.

Nicole was amazing helping my husband find a new wedding band to replace one that had gotten too large and couldn't be resized. I was thankful to have someone who wasn't an aggressive salesperson. Will shop here again.

I was looking for a special aquamarine stone for my late Mother's ring. She wore it constantly, and the original stone had a lot of wear. Kevin was very patient and understanding as he looked for exactly what I envisioned. He found an exquisite stone for it, and now the ring is a beautiful reminder of my Mother. I will be able to pass it down to my granddaughter, so that she will also be able to remember not only her grandmother, but her beloved G.G. as well. We LOVE Reeds in Orchard Park! Mark is the BEST!!!! Always so kind and caring. Today is our 5 th wedding anniversary and we stopped in to say hi and buy a few things and Mark has always been our go to for all of our jewelry needs since our wedding!

We bought an engagement ring from Mark Feldman a few months back and I can’t recommend his services and this store enough! Mark was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job helping me pick out my now fiancées dream ring! Renea from Reed’s Jewelers was extremely helpful in assisting me with the purchase of jewelry for my three nieces. She spent time with me to determine the items I wished to purchase then contacted me in advance of their sale to insure I was able to purchase the exact items I wanted at the best possible price.

When choosing to go with a custom order, it can be nerve wrecking not seeing it right in front of you but we knew we were in great hands. Jenny communicated with me from start to finish, including me in every detail of the custom ordering process. She expressed her honest and professional opinion along the way and in turn I ended up with my dream wedding band. On top of everything, I never felt pressured into any decision I made. Kevin is good man that I met about 5 years ago in the Lakewood NY Reed's store. He has been very helpful with my purchases. We miss our Lakewood Ny store but knew Kevin would personally take care of my purchases and keep me posted with any updates. So I drove up to Orchard Park knowing he would see
