Prices are great at Kohls always coupons or store discounts for name brand items. Staff are always very helpful as well.

I've always liked this Kohl's. I moved away but now am back to where this is the closet to me. Always very clean and I had the nicest very pleasant cashier my previous visit.

I found several men's gift items for my SO for our upcoming trips. I also tried on several things for myself. I found the clerks to be very informative and helpful despite being very busy straightening shelves, racks and tables of clothes that customers just "paw" through and leave in shambles. I felt sorry for the staff because people are so unthinking! All of my purchases were of very good quality.
I had a wonderful checkout clerk who told me to check my email for a coupon that was sent that morning and she saved me an additional 40% that I wouldn't have found until it was too late. Extra "kudos" to that lovely lady!!

I was on the hunt for a particular item, the associate that helped me was awesome. We looked in a couple different departments. I left with 2 items that would work for me. I can not remember her name wish I could, because she was so very helpful....

I needed a shirt and tie and a young man in the men’s department came up and asked me for assistance and he helped me find a shirt and tie, I wish I could remember his name!

Kohls in Orchard Park and Olean,U.SA were amazing. Wonderful staff and so helpful. Sales were incredible. Worth the drive!

They have great clearance and then 50% off of that. Sometimes! I am a bargain shopper and even if you go to buy and resell it is a great place for that

Anne in the toy department was the most friendly, informative, fun and friendly employee I have ever met in kholes! She was so nice to my toddler and I was so impressed how much she knew about each and every toy! She deserves this recognition she went out of her way to help me and I appreciated it left the store feeling so extremely satisfied!

As for Kholes children's clothing (for toddlers), they only have footie PJs, or a pants and shirt set. I am looking for footless PJs for my 1 and 2 year old, a one piece PJ zip up with out the footie part! I don't know where to find them. But they have a large selection of everything else. That store is in good condition I didn't see a mess of clothes anywhere. Very impressed with the entire store overall but Anne in Toys Department deserves a gold star!

Kohl's is a nice store to shop. Friendly, helpful employees, very clean, organized stores.

Great selection. It was a bit warm in there, i do understand, though, from being cold outside. I only bought 2 of the same items. Wanted to buy more but couldn't deal with the heat.

Always pleased with my purchases and returns/exchanges are hassle-free. On-line shopping also available with the choice to have items delivered to your home or to your local Kohl's. Items currently in stock at any of my local Kohl's can be ready for pickup usually within 24hrs...many times sooner..depending on how busy they are.

This is a great Kohls. The Sephora location has a good selection of makeup and I shop there regularly.

They also carry a big selection of Levis. Went to three other stores including the Target next door (who had barely anything) before finding everything I wanted and more at Kohls for a good price. Keep it up!!!
