Watertown VA Clinic

My husband was having problems with his blood pressure and heart rate, Dr Marshall was great and his nurse Nichole was Very helpful and extremely caring in helping get it under control. They put my mind at ease that he would be ok.

Honestly I am blown away with the care I've received from this facility. When I heard of the VA in the past, it seem strictly in a negative connotation. That it not what I've received from this facility. On my first visit was with Bee was nothing but kind and helpful. Dr.Marshall is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring doctor I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Finally the reason that reminded me to write this review was that I had Covid these last couple of days and lost track of which day it was, so unfortunately I missed my appointment today. I was frantic until I spoke with Briam. He was professional and kind while rescheduling my appointment for a much earlier time than anticipated. Thank you Watertown VA!

I am newly retired and just recently started using this clinic. I have had 2 appointments there so far and both have been great. The front desk people have reached out and made the C & P process easy. Dr. Singh was great during my exam, thorough, and listened to what I had to say.

My pcm is amazing. I forgot her name but i think it’s Casey? She has short hair and a bubbly personality. Super personable and actually listens to me when i talk. I’ve never felt rushed. The psych i saw there was a male and he was condescending and questioned every diagnosis i had until i told him my story. But i spoke with the social worker there and managed to switch psychiatrists with no issues. The building is small but that’s not their fault besides that I’ve had no issues.

The Nurses here are all first rate professionals. The front counter staff have improved greatly over the 9 months I have been going there. They have all helped me a great deal and I appreciate their efforts.

Awesome service here. I go here for both eye glasses and hearing aids. This is no longer the outpatient clinic - it moved to new location with a new contract. Only eye glasses and hearing aids here by the VA.

Appointment time are great I never waited past my time. Great people and I love the new doc super awesome and very helpful.

This place offers top notch service to vets. Dr Marshall is outstanding.

This is the VA clinic that isn't contracted. This is for mental health meds, eye clinic plus hearing tests

It's a wonderful place to go to you get good treatment there

Have been going here for years, no complaints.

The facility listed here has moved, so Google needs to update the address.

Didn't much care for the Automated Check in system. Some of the staff were a bit inattentive at the desk (The X-Ray tech waiting on her patient (me) was standing right behind the reception clerk waiting for me to check in, 30 minutes after I checked in. Apparently, the front desk was too "busy" to turn around and tell her I was sitting there, and the E-mail they sent her never arrived.)

However, the medical staff are much better than the administration staff. I ended up with Dr. Marshall, who in the absence of my Medical Records (Which the Big VA Lost), decided to do a complete work up and start from scratch. Ordered a battery of X-Rays and an MRI after finding a faint possibility of serious injury.

Didn't have to wait long for X-Rays, nor the MRI (Which is down in Syracuse).

The X-Ray machine is archaic, and although the Technician is great at her job, because she must manually load and unload each picture, it can take a while (2 Hours for Neck, back, Hip).

Overall, pleased with this new facility.

Facility isn't bad, but not much help. Even after explaining my concerns for my health. I don't feel heard.
