Possibly best cakes in all of Upstate NY. Brought Rum cake to Mother's house for mothers day, and my mother is fussy. She just winter eat any garbage made cake, which most are. She absolutely loved this cake. SMALL SELECTION OF UNIQUE SUPERB PASTRIES.

Caruso's made a cake for our wedding. I'm so glad we picked them! They did an absolutely amazing job with our cake and it absolutely exceeded expectations. We wanted just a simple white cake with kind of rough edges. Mike absolutely wow'ed us by taking some artistic liberties and make a custom cake to fit our enchanted forest/woods theme. Cake looked great and tasted even better. Thank you so much!

Had a Birthday for my son who relocated to Utica! I am born on Little Italy of Arthur Avenue and have been blessed with the most amazing cakes and pastries. I just want to say that their Cannoli Cake with strawberries and whip cream was out of this world!! They also volunteered to deliver the cake to the local restaurant!

The owner is so nice!! The pasties were delicious and man, this was my first time there and it was so nice, the place, the pastries, and even the owner like frfr. You wouldn’t believe it when he gave me some snacks for free, I feel so grateful. Would recommend and go again!!!

I highly recommend Caruso’s Pastry shop for all of your cookie and pastry needs. Traditional family recipes passed on from generation. Gentleman that bakes every single item has been Lead Baker for the past forty years and his dedication is next to none. The woman behind the counter’s are always so Knowledgeable and so helpful. Caruso Pastry shop has been a staple in our family for many, many years and will continue to carry the torch. We can’t wait to get married next year and order all the beautiful mini pastries. Everything is always so fresh and so delicious.

Amazing assortment of pastries, cookies, etc. You can taste the difference when everything is homemade. The cannolis are great, the cream is super fresh as are the shells. The cookie assortment is great as well. You can see why they've been in business over 60 years. You won't regret stopping by.

Caruso’s is an absolute staple of the Utica community. My wife is a Utica native and grew up going to Caruso’s cafe with her grandparents to meet with their friends and enjoy good food and company.

For our wedding, we knew that dessert had to be Caruso’s. Carmela was great to work with, helping us determine the right amount of trays needed for our guests and ensured that the trays matched our wedding colors as well. We are so grateful to have featured Caruso's at our wedding and our guests loved the variety of Italian pastries.

I have been going here for over 30 years to get my Italian pastries. Today I got two boxes of Italian cookies for holiday parties some lovely little honey glazed holiday goodie to share on Christmas Day. And as I left the building and came toward my car we went back and got a lobster tail and an eclair! Is always delicious.

I always went therecwhen I was in town. They kindly sent pusties to me in Arizona. Their pastries are the best!

Caruso's is a delicious family owned Italian Pastry shop in Utica. They did plates of pastries for my wedding and they were a huge hit. All the guests loved them and there wasn't much left to take home. Definitely worth a trip if you are in the Utica area.

We live in Albany and are so sad we live so far away! These are the best Italian cookies I’ve ever had in my life - better than in italy 🫣

We got cookies and mini cannolis for our wedding and they were fantastic. They were very easy to deal with and were very kind through the whole process. Delicious product and wonderful staff.

This place is like a fine wine,it has only gotten better with time. Today was the first time I have been there in a while but the pastry I had was a melt in your mouth delicious! Another treasure that maybe out of the way but is well the trip.

I have always loved Caruso’s!!! I love them even more now !!! This bakery was the only place that stocks lemon ice, and he explained that he always has it in stock for cancer patients!!!! Mike was amazing, and so kind. It was exactly what my mom wanted, and needed..❤❤❤❤Thank you Mike, and all of the crew at Caruso’s !!!

Caruso's is one great bakery. Good pastries and cakes along with good service! Every year I also get my mom one of their rum cakes and they are always to die for. The Rum Cake there is basically one of the main reasons I go back.

I ordered a cake here for the first time yesterday. I showed up late and they waited and I appreciate it .. thankyou Caruso staff so much. I enjoyed it so good and your tri-color cookies are amazing .. the cake was how I image it and it came out perfectly tasty 5 stars from me
