He replaced everything that I asked to have replaced when I test drove the car and within a couple days I was taking the car home! I am extremely happy with my purchase. I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It developed a constant check engine light problem. Joe Commisso, Bravo owner, did not give up and eventually had this issue repaired with a new onboard computer, gas filler tube and hose repair. He also replaced a burnt out light assembly and installed mud flaps. He covered the cost all of these expenses and gave me a loaner car while my car was being repaired. I was never given the run around and always treated with respect. Joe wanted things to be right with the car. I highly recommend Bravo and I will definitely consider Bravo in the future.

Definitely the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. Brought car to me after business hours to look at it. Before I noticed Bravo had the car I was looking for, I had several other dealerships give me the run around on vehicles they basically had sold or were trash when I looked at them. Top notch service and very clear and upfront on the process. They stayed on top of the process right up until the car was actually delivered to me, literally...the next time I'm looking for a pre-owned vehicle I will call Bravo immediately! Simply the best.
